The window front faces the Moselle side and allows a view of the historic streets of Cochem. The location of the house is in the center of the action, in the surrounding area there are numerous restaurants, cafés, wine taverns, etc.

With our family, we had booked several accommodations in the newly built cottage: large apartments and small apartments for 1-2 persons, as well as three small guest rooms. Whether large or small rooms, everything was super modern, clean and fully equipped. Old and boy, big and little one felt very comfortable with Ulrike. In the business apartment we had accommodated our mother as this smallest apartment was ideal for 1 person. In addition, it is on the ground floor at ground floor and has a small west terrace. The furnishings are adorable in white-yellow-grey. Even the modern bathroom shines in these friendly colors. We did not use the kitchen - but was fully furnished and of high quality. You could stay longer here.... The bakery just around the corner was ideal for a quick breakfast and the huge Edeka supermarket just 300 meters away. Awesome place to stay with kind, helpful landlady. Highly recommend!

The apartment was very lovingly furnished. The apartment was clean and bright. Everything necessary was available. Especially the kitchen was very well decorated. The bedroom had shutters. This allowed the bedroom to be darkened. On the small balcony there was a table with two chairs, so you could also sit out well. The spa park and the spa were very quickly within walking distance, and the city center could still be easily reached on foot. Checking out and checking in was absolutely straightforward. We were very pleased with our stay.

Everything was great and very comfortable. The apartment has absolutely everything you need. Dishwasher, clean linen and all the necessary dishes. In the warm season it is cozy to relax in the mini-yard. Quiet place and close to the center.
