Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

A farmers' market, cafés, restaurants, and excellent public transport connections are all right on your doorstep. The apartment combines the charm of a historic building and a warm design. Two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room with a bay window and views of the Schlossberg, a balcony, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet ensure living comfort in the city center.

LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
