Das Häuschen ist hochwertig ausgestattet, im Winter brennt der Pelletofen mit behaglicher Flamme, Ein Sitzplatz auf dem Winzergrundstück laden ein um ein Glas Wein zu geniesen. There is also a fold-out sofa in the living room. Modern new kitchen with all cooking utensils. There is one bathroom with shower and toilet. And a separate guest toilet. Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

The apartment is 2 minutes from the famous Lichtenthaler Allee . Bus stop 1 minute . Walking distance to downtown 12 minutes. It is located on the 2nd floor in the back of the building, very quiet view of the countryside with balcony ,parquet floor , high speed internet, Bluetooth speaker . Animals are not allowed Cleaning fees of €40.00 are to be paid in the apartment! A visitor's tax of €4.50 per person per day is to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.

The small half-timbered house (tiny house) from 1836 in Kehl-Kork was lovingly expanded and renovated. Rurally located, you can reach the French city of Strasbourg in just a few minutes by car. It is also very convenient by train from Kork or tram from Kehl-Zentrum. The cottage is located on the historic Korker Bühl with the Korker Stier. The cottage is suitable for max. 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. (There is a sofa bed and a staircase leads to the 1.80 m wide loft bed)

From here you can reach the beautiful city center of Baden-Baden within 10 minutes by car or public transport. It has free parking and barrier-free access. The place is good for couples, business travelers, small groups/families.

Our accommodation, true to the motto "small but nice," is located in the small Sasbachwalden surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of the Black Forest and offers a lot of relaxation, adventure and pure life. In the vicinity is the nearest ski resort just 15 minutes by car from the apartment. The beautiful Mummelsee is also a 14-minute drive away and invites you to take leisurely walks.
