Holiday rentals with a patio in Baden District

Fantastic apartment, well decorated, with lots of light and a very nice terrace. With absolutely everything you need to cook. I loved it.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and is within walking distance of the city center of Baden. You can visit the city on foot. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back.

It was a very nice stay. We were very nicely received, easily accessible to the public, the apartment was very clean and well furnished. Breakfast was very varied and delicious. Great service, great staff. We had a very relaxing time.

We really enjoyed and felt like home. Apartment is amazing, super clean and looks exactly as in the photos. Klaus response to any inquiry is friendly, polite and fast. Department is located 3 min walking from nearest U Bahn Station. Highly recommend this accommodation!

The house is in a quiet place with a nice garden outside, it is not too far from a large supermarket and there is everything needed for a comfortable staying.

What impressed me most was how responsive Gabor was, we locked ourselves out of the apartment and had a few follow up questions and he answered fast and was really helpful. Even though it was really hot we slept fine with enough fans to keep us cool. The place is spacious and there’s enough storage, we stayed for almost 2 weeks and were happy to be able to spread out and have multiple places to relax in. Only downside is the factor that there’s no elevator, but this way we got our steps in. Parking was uncomplicated, everything is close by and in walking distance. Would come back anytime again!

The apartment is comfortable with a very nice garden and terrace on sunny days. Liesslotte is very responsive to answer questions. Our stay was very nice.

We were delighted with our stay at Wolfgang's. The house inside is like new, spacious, very clean, very well equipped and located in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable. There's nothing missing. We felt right at home. Access to Vienna is very easy by car and then by metro. In addition, communication with Wolfgang is a very friendly and very pleasant person, he has always been very responsive to answer all our questions and give us all the information necessary for the smooth running of our stay. I recommend you 100 percent. Thank you again Wolfgang for your hospitality.

We had a very nice time in Nicole and Andreas' loft. The heated pool was the highlight for us and was used extensively. There is a lot to do in the area. The proximity to Vienna is great. Nicole's tips were very helpful. Thank you!

Angela was a great host and her place was perfect for our short city trip! Everything was spotless and practical, we could check in earlier than usual… our needs have been met perfectly. The location of the house is not very central, but you can walk to the train station which is not that far away and catch the train to Vienna (you‘ll be there in 15mins). Sadly we couldn’t try the pool as we only stayed a couple of days, but we‘ll surely catch up our next time in Vienna!

Patricks place was an excellent stay! Great location and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the u-bahn and most of all it was nestled on a very quiet street. I will definetly book Patricks place when I return back to Vienna. Patrick was a very responsive and friendly host and always checking in to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Super nice location. will definitely come back. there are delicious restaurants in the street and you really stay within walking distance of the center. Tina is very helpful. Car parked in a garage on Tina's advice for only €4.40 per day. We are super satisfied and would love to come back again. Really worth a recommendation.

Very bright, spacious and quiet apartment with a great roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and even has air conditioning (which is not unimportant in summer, as the apartment gets good sun from noon ;-)). There are 2 supermarkets within a short walking distance, as well as various public transport (e.g. U4/6, bus 12 A, tram 18) within a few minutes' walk and you can get to the well-known sights super fast. A parking garage is available in about 10 minutes on foot and if you get the appropriate parking app for your stay, you can park your car for less than €8/day. There are hardly any cafes (e.g. for breakfast) or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but due to the short distances with public transport, that was not a big deal for us. I can definitely recommend the apartment for a trip to Vienna. Contact with the landlord was also quick and uncomplicated.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

We had such a pleasant stay at Johanna's apartment. The flat is specious, very well eqiupped (lightening is amazing) and the owner took care of all the details to make it cozy and comfortable. Johanna and her husband were very kind and paid special attention to our small child even bringing her fresh strawberries and bedding from their children. We will definitely consider coming back.

A really good place to stay. Super close to the Meidling train station and a fairly quiet neighborhood. The instructions from the listing were super clear and I didn't need to contact the host at all. The self-check in was easy. The apartment itself could use better cleaning, however. I found hair from previous guests and they didn't vacuum beneath tables where a lot of dirt was found. Overall, a good stay in Vienna for a good price. I'd stay there again if the opportunity came up.

Everything was great – a huge thank you to the host for her flexibility and spontaneity! She even allowed us a late check in at 12am which is really not self-evident. A later check-out would also have been possible, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean, modernly furnished and really had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and we felt right at home. The location is also great: in the building itself there is a Billa as well as several restaurants, which is extremely convenient. The connection with public transport is also very good. The infinity pool on the 31st floor was a highlight – unfortunately we could only use it briefly due to the weather. The view from the apartment on the 12th floor is also beautiful, despite being close to tower 3. Communication with the host was smooth and very friendly at all times. We were completely satisfied and would come back at any time!
