Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Baden District

Thank you for the lovely stay with you! We can definitely recommend you! The toilet in the hallway (but it was just for us to use) was a little small and a little unusual for us - but was OK! Since we spent a lot of time in the center of Vienna, the "arrival" there was a bit of time. About 1h (total) with the "public transport" and about 35 min. by car or taxi - but we knew that, so it was OK for us!

Ildiko’s place is in a great location. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I stayed within this accommodation during 1 week and felt like at home. The apartment is well kept to the detail level. Gabriela and her son Toma are very kind people who provided me with all the needed things including extra tips for a first time Vienna visitor. The apartment is just few meters from the Neulaa metro station (basically you can reach every point of Vienna in few minutes). I will strongly recommend this airbnb without any reservation. The apartment is clean, bright and modern. It is located in a residential area of Vienna that felt safe and quiet. Supermarkets nearby for supplies, one near the U-Bahn stop and the other about a five minute walk from the apartment. Good amenities for cooking are provided. Main living space incorporates the lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is a small balcony to sit outside. Bed was comfortable and had AC if needed. The apartment is a five minute walk from the U-Bahn and then a 15-20 minute ride into central Vienna. The transport system worked well for us, quick and efficient. The host was very responsive with communications and usually replied within 10-15 minutes. We recommend the apartment and would look to stay again if we visited Vienna in the future.

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The house was very clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished – you came in and felt welcome right away, even the smell when entering was pleasant. The hostess was extremely friendly and attentive, you immediately noticed that she really cares about the well-being of the guests. The kitchen was very well equipped, so you could easily cook yourself. The beds were comfortable, everything you needed was there, and even the little things were thought out. The location is great – quiet, but with quick access to the city. Especially practical: there was safe parking directly on site. In short: an all-round successful package that we would recommend at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

This is a lovely old rural house in a beautiful country setting where I wish we had time to stay a little longer. We were a party of 8 who fitted in easily with a variety of options for activities nearby. Would highly recommend this historical place.

Very nice and big garden in the property, very clean and renovated house, was very convenient if you arrive by car because you can park inside the property, it’s about 30 minutes by car from Viene center and Erol communicates very fast, easy to find and to get in.

Very quiet location in the countryside, very cozy large apartment with very large facilities, on 2 floors, interesting mix of old interior with modern facilities. We went hiking directly from the house, you could take many tours from here!

We had a wonderful time in Marion & Winfried's house. The garden is beautiful and the terrace is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The children loved the garden with the many different insects, the pool table and the many games and books that are there. Within walking distance is the Renner winery, where you can have a great wine tasting. Gols also has a small but nice outdoor pool, which the children loved. And everything is very easy to reach on foot, even if it is at the other end of the village. Marion was a great host, not intrusive, but always with the right info at the right time. We will be happy to come back.

A wonderful place to stay and a home that offers a great base for exploring the area. But you can also easily be in the house all day, which the garden and the equipment offers everything to bring joy to the whole family. We will be happy to come back.

Klaudia is an incredibly friendly and amiable host. The house is located at the outskirts of the city in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will have to walk 10-15 mins to get to nearby public transportation, restaurants, or supermarkets. Uber is a cheap alternative though. We enjoyed the house and the beautiful decorations a lot. There are three toilets in total so no worries about fighting for the bathrooms. Sound proof is honestly not great but understandable. The only two issues we had might be that the hot water from first floors shower is hard to adjust and maintain and that wifi is very slow but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There is even an nespresso machine! Would recommend for a getaway!

I stayed in this charming house temporarily. The house is situated in a quiet district, which impresses above all with a pleasant, family atmosphere. Surrounded by many single-family houses and schools, you immediately feel comfortable and safe here. Despite the slightly distant location to the center, the accessibility is excellent. Supermarkets and public transport are also in walking distance, so you can get everything you need for your daily needs in a short time. The house itself is a true highlight. It was extremely clean and well maintained, and you immediately notice that Bernadette and Harald put a lot of emphasis here on cleanliness and many loving details. The two hosts are very eager and helpful for all kinds of concerns. I was there in winter, but you can certainly spend very pleasant evenings on the cozy terrace or in the garden or bike rides in the area in the summer.

WOW! We were more than excited about the apartment! Rented the apartment for 5 months and felt right at home! No matter what concerns Sebastian & Januska were always there for us and helped and supported us immediately! I have never met such great landlords as the two. Whether Christmas Advent calendars, inflatable mattress for visit or a private booklet with all the important information, the two have thought of everything! Thanks for the great time in Vienna, anytime again!🫶🏽

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful city! Wolfgang was super proactive :) The apartment was SO gorgeous and large and comfortable. In a bit of an off-the-beaten-path area but super walkable and close to the Hundertwasser house which I couldn’t recommend enough. Loved the stay and hope to come back!

Marion responded to all our questions very quickly before our stay. He welcomed us warmly and explained all the details about the house. The house was spotless and comfortable as it appears in the photos. Small gifts were also left. He also shared his own suggestions about the surrounding restaurants. Everything was very nice, if I come to Vienna again, I would like to stay again.
