2 lovely rooms in old town house

Situated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 yr old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorstep. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (5€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

The cozy corner terraced house with garden is in a quiet location right outside the gates of Salzburg. Due to the fast connection, the house is an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding mountains and lake areas. The house has 2 parking spaces and 2 bicycles. In addition, the proximity to the Plainberg and the Salzach invites you to go cycling and walking. The spacious interior design with up to 10 sleeping places is ideal for families and groups of people. Pets are also welcome.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. It is located in the middle of the recreational area of the city of Salzburg and is surrounded by several small lakes (including a free swimming lake). Although a small piece outside the center, you are with the trolleybus (15-minute intervals) within 15 minutes (without changing) in the middle of the old town or center of Salzburg. The exhibition center and the Salzburg Arena are only 1 km from the apartment.

We renovated our 2-room apartment "Black & White" with attention to detail, refurnished it and created a wonderful overall concept. The bedroom is bright, all in white, natural Scandinavian chic. The living room with the small fitted kitchen with dark grey/black furniture that moves between industrial style and art deco. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the breakfast table of the Alps and Salzburg's magical local mountain - the Untersberg.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Beautiful apartment, outstanding view. I travel ALOT and I love to have a view from wherever I stay. This AirBnb has an excellent view. It is walkable, and enjoyably so, to many sites and restaurants in Salzburg. Excellent Airbnb. I would highly recommend.

The best stay for Salzburg. I stayed for 3 days at Anna’s and they were the best. Her apartment was well equipped with amenities, and she was happy to provide anything extra that we needed, like an iron. Her place was clean and we felt right at home. The best part was the kitchen, it was loaded with rice, coffee, all condiments basically. Really recommend staying with her.
