Holiday rentals with beach access in Badia de Xàbia

Stunning apartment, great location, very responsive hosts. Amazing way to check in & a complimentary late check out as our flight was a late one home Only feedback would be to maybe have some chairs or beds for use by the pool as there were only two. On one day there was another couple so we had to sit on the floor so went to the beach which was no issue Other than that would definitely stay again ! We can’t wait to return soon Thanks - absolutely 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+

Great location for beach. Harbour was within walking distance (15 mins) as too was the beautiful Old Town if you like walking (40 minutes). We love cycling and walking which is in abundance in the area due to the nature reserves. The actual apartment was ideal for what we needed, the pool area is a great size and there is also a tennis and padel ball court available. Great communication from Boris. Would recommend, absolutely ideal location. Would book again.

David's place was lovely. It had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We thought the apartment was better than the photos. It is very near the beach, swimming pool and playground. Lots of little extras like books and toys for kids. We would definitely return. Communication with David was great. Thank you David

Fabulous apartment so close to the beach yet lovely & quiet. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need on holidays. The grounds of the complex & the pool are so well maintained & so peaceful. We are a family of 4, with 2 young kids & this apartment was perfect for us! Greg was very responsive on any small issues we had & nothing was a problem! Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone that might be looking at it!

The apartment is excellent—spacious, beautifully renovated, with all-new furniture and kitchen appliances. It’s just a 20-minute walk from the port and a 5-minute drive from the beach in Arenal. Maximo is a great host, accommodating and reliable with communications. Highly recommended!

The apartment was spacious, very clean and had an amazing kitchen and utility room. The layout is great for two couples or adult families as the two bedrooms and bathrooms are on either side of the living area so there is plenty of privacy. Saying that, young families would also be ok here. The airconditioning worked well as did the ceiling fans and they were wonderful and very quiet during the night. The pool area is really quiet and it often felt like our own private area. Most people arrived at 5pm for a late afternoon swim. You do have to be quiet during siesta between 3pm - 5pm, so no playing in the pool then, but this wasn't a problem for us. The location is great for the port area and the old town. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Pawel was extremely helpful - allowing us to check in early and also checking in with us during our stay. A thank you also to Jean who helped us with spare keys. We would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

A wonderful accommodation, clean, very comfortable, well equipped and very well located, with a private terrace and wonderful views of the Rock framed between the green of the pines and the blue of the sea. There are 3 coves nearby that you can walk to with crystal clear waters. Isaac is very attentive to clarifying our doubts. Highly recommended. Looking forward to coming back.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

The location is fantastic! There's nothing like enjoying your first coffee of the morning with a clear view of the sunrise over the sea. With just a few steps, you are in the sea, which is wonderful. The only downside was that this great and freely accessible location was also enjoyed by many others, and that also until late at night. Since we love to walk, we could reach everything in Xabia from this house on foot. For years, the Aqua am Strand has been our favorite restaurant, which is just 15 minutes away. The house itself is wonderfully traditional and thus stands in excellent contrast to the many apartments and houses on AirBnB, which have been specially furnished for rent. However, the images are already a bit older and in one place or another, repair work would be useful. But all in all, we had a wonderful time and would love to come back! Thank you Teresa for a few wonderful days.

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Beautiful accommodation to relax and yet close to all kinds of beautiful locations (sandy beach in Calpe, the authentic city of Althea, close to the bustling Benidorm). Jorge always responded within the hour and immediately thought along with us if we encountered a problem somewhere. It is interesting to note that silence was requested at the swimming pool between 2 pm and 5 pm in the afternoon. We solved this by going to the pebble beach at the hotel, or to the beach in Calpe just 10 minutes away. Had a great holiday with our two kids!

Great apartment with a view of the sea and exciting rocks. The host's reaction is always quick. Great snorkeling opportunity. Restaurants within walking distance. Denia can be reached in about 10 min. Very nice!! great.

Lovely apartment on the sea front in Altea. Stunning views of the sea and beach area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully. The balcony was large so we felt we had plenty of room. The location is great, a couple of mins walk to the team and less than 10 mins to the pretty old town. There is parking all along the beach front, you can't guarantee a space right away but we usually found one within a few mins.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

Great place and great host. Hugo was very responsive and kind, explaining everything in great detail. What really stood out for me was how well furnished the place was, we had all the amenities we needed that are usually missing: sponges, towels, soap and shampoo, cleaning products, coffee machine with hot cocoa and even loads of books ! Everything was super clean and we felt very comfortable. The place is really cool and gives off a super chill vibe. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway near the beach with a group of friends.

The apartment was just like the photos, beautiful, clean and included everything you need to spend a few days on vacation, as well as extra details from the host. She was very attentive to us from day one, allowing us a flexible schedule, and being very pleasant and attentive. I would definitely return to this apartment if I ever go back to Jávea, and especially with this host.
