Holiday rentals with beach access in Badia de Xàbia

A lovely apartment located around 15 minute walk from arenal where there is a great beach and an abundance of bars and restaurants on the promenade. Large supermarket within 5 mins walking also. The apartment was very clean and homely, well decorated and with a beautiful terrace we spent lots of time in. We were 3 adults and 2 children (cot and high chair provided for our 18 month old) and it didn't feel tight for space. We would return and recommend.

We had a great stay in Ofelia’s apartment. It was really clean, big enough for our group of 3, everything we needed was there. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Also the contact with Ofelia was great, she is a very kind host. I would definitely recommend this place!

David's place was lovely. It had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We thought the apartment was better than the photos. It is very near the beach, swimming pool and playground. Lots of little extras like books and toys for kids. We would definitely return. Communication with David was great. Thank you David

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Casa Lola. Cat und Adam haben alles mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sogar die wenigen Hausregeln waren kreativ und liebevoll in selbst gemalten Bildern dargestellt. Es war sehr sauber und die Umgebung war wunderschön. Cat und Adam sind sehr freundlich und wenn unser Englisch etwas besser wäre, hätten wir gerne noch mehr mit ihnen gesprochen. Wir können die Casa Lola zu 100% weiterempfehlen und haben nichts zu bemängeln. Wir hoffen, man sieht sich noch ein zweites Mal.

We had a fantastic stay in Xàbia! The apartment is in a brilliant location—just across the road from a supermarket and only a few minutes’ walk to the sea, the port, and great restaurants. The apartment was very clean, well-decorated, and perfect for our group. Each room had air conditioning, which was much appreciated, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We especially enjoyed using the balcony and rooftop for relaxing and drying clothes. There was some construction noise from a neighboring building during our stay, but that’s outside the host’s control. Overall, this is a great place to stay and we’d absolutely recommend it. We’d love to return in the future—thank you to the hosts for a wonderful visit!

We just got home from a 3 night fantastic stay here. Location is great- very central and 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Apartment was clean and beds super comfy. Great view of the marina from the balcony too. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Fabulous apartment so close to the beach yet lovely & quiet. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need on holidays. The grounds of the complex & the pool are so well maintained & so peaceful. We are a family of 4, with 2 young kids & this apartment was perfect for us! Greg was very responsive on any small issues we had & nothing was a problem! Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone that might be looking at it!

The apartment was spacious, very clean and had an amazing kitchen and utility room. The layout is great for two couples or adult families as the two bedrooms and bathrooms are on either side of the living area so there is plenty of privacy. Saying that, young families would also be ok here. The airconditioning worked well as did the ceiling fans and they were wonderful and very quiet during the night. The pool area is really quiet and it often felt like our own private area. Most people arrived at 5pm for a late afternoon swim. You do have to be quiet during siesta between 3pm - 5pm, so no playing in the pool then, but this wasn't a problem for us. The location is great for the port area and the old town. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Pawel was extremely helpful - allowing us to check in early and also checking in with us during our stay. A thank you also to Jean who helped us with spare keys. We would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad .Alles was prima in orde , goed contact met de host en snelle oplossingen als er iets ontbrak of iets niet werkte . Kortom perfect . Vriendelijk ontvangst en afscheid . Hartelijk dank nog Monica voor je flexibele tijden .

Das Haus ist sehr schön, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil, da es auf einem Berg liegt, aber dafür hat man traumhafte Ausblicke! Hugues antwortet schnell und klar auf Nachrichten und Fragen, das war klasse. Danke Hugues

Una maravilla de alojamiento, limpio, muy cómodo, bien equipado y muy bien ubicado, con una terraza privada y maravillosas vistas al Peñón enmarcado entre el verde de los pinos y el azul del mar. Muy cerca tiene 3 calas a las que se puede ir andando con aguas cristalinas. Isaac muy pendiente de aclararnos las dudas. Muy recomendable. Deseando volver.

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

Die Lage ist traumhaft! Morgens den ersten Kaffee mit freiem Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer zu genießen ist nicht zu übertreffen. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man im Meer was auch wunderbar ist. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, das diese tolle und frei zugängliche Lage auch sehr viele andere genießen wollten und das auch bis spät in die Nacht. Da wir sehr gerne spazieren, konnten wir alles in Xabia von diesem Haus aus zu Fuß erreichen. Seit Jahren ist das Aqua am Strand unser Lieblingsrestaurant, was gerade einmal 15 Minuten entfernt ist. Das Haus selbst ist herrlich traditionell und steht damit im hervorragendem Kontrast zu den vielen Wohnungen und Häuser auf AirBnB, die extra für eine Vermietung eingerichtet wurden sind. Allerdings sind die Bilder schon etwas älter und an der einen oder anderen Stelle wären Instandsetzungsarbeiten sinnvoll. Aber alles zusammen betrachtet hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen gerne wieder! Danke Dir Teresa für ein paar wundervolle Tage.

We stayed here for 5 weeks with our 2 dogs. The house is very clean and comfortable, has a small private garden and a large, pretty communal garden. It was great to have a full kitchen with everything you need plus parking outside the front door. The house is 5 minutes walk to the Arenal with all of its shops, bars, restaurants and has a mini golf and karting 3 minutes walk away for families. Any questions we had were responded to positively and very quickly. We are very happy to recommend it.

If there’s a better view of the Mediterranean in Altea, I can’t imagine it. You have a 180 degree panorama of the town and the water. The villa has plenty of character and the grounds are a myriad of plants and trees. One very minor issue was resolved immediately. I would recommend Christine’s place for anyone who enjoys peaceful solitude that is minutes away from shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Prachtig verblijf om tot rust te komen en toch dichtbij allerlei mooie locaties (zandstrand in Calpe, de authentieke stad Althea, dichtbij het bruisende Benidorm). Jorge reageerde altijd binnen het uur en dacht meteen mee als we ergens een probleem ondervonden. Wel interessant om mee te delen is dat er stilte werd gevraagd aan het zwembad tussen 14u en 17u in de namiddag. We losten dit op door naar het keienstrand te gaan aan het hotel, of naar het strand in Calpe te gaan op slechts 10 minuten rijden. Topvakantie gehad met onze twee kindjes!

Compleet uitgerust appartement, zeer dichtbij de boulevard. Goede keuken met genoeg borden, bestek en keukengerei. Mischa reageerde binnen enkele minuten toen we moeite hadden met het binnenkomen via het sleutelkastje. Klein minpuntje vond ik dat de woonkamer geen airco heeft, enkel een ventilator. Met 28 graden nog wel te doen, maar kan me voorstellen dat het hoogzomer minder fijn is. Het appartement is een aanrader

Great place and great host. Hugo was very responsive and kind, explaining everything in great detail. What really stood out for me was how well furnished the place was, we had all the amenities we needed that are usually missing: sponges, towels, soap and shampoo, cleaning products, coffee machine with hot cocoa and even loads of books ! Everything was super clean and we felt very comfortable. The place is really cool and gives off a super chill vibe. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway near the beach with a group of friends.

Мы жили у Лауры около 6 недель, под конец прибывания было ощущение что мы тут всегда и жили, уютная и комфортная квартира. Квартира очень практичная с двумя ванными комнатами, прекрасной террасой и отдельной кухней. В доме есть лифт, что очень удобно для семьи с ребенком. Дом находится недалеко от моря, вдоль моря прекрасная пешеходная зона. Кафе, рестораны в шаговой доступности. В 5 минутах ходьбы большой продовольственный магазин. Много свободных парковок в апреле месяце. Лаура- прекрасная хозяйка, и очень легка в общении. Сам город - просто великолепное место особенно для семейного отдыха. Если вы предпочитаете жить в квартире, то лучшего места не найти. Очень рекомендую.

Wij hadden het geluk om een maand in dit appartement te verblijven. Het is ruim en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een lang verblijf, er is zelfs genoeg opbergruimte. Het is modern ingericht en alles ziet er nieuw en schoon uit. Het is nog beter dan op de foto’s. De ligging is perfect; heel dichtbij de zee, restaurants en winkels. Er zijn genoeg parkeerplaatsen voor de deur en er is een afgesloten parkeergarage. Wij verbleven in de winter en hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad, maar ik kan mij voorstellen dat het heerlijk is ! Amparo was zeer vriendelijk. Zij gaf ons tips over de omgeving en wij mochten uitchecken wanneer dit voor ons uitkwam. Nogmaals heel erg bedankt voor alles ! Wij zijn van Jávea gaan houden 😁.
