It is RURAL, the pubs have varied opening hours, we get country insects. WiFi 🛜 access & phone signal varies. TV free-view not Smart, 2 vehicles parking. No shop local. Long life milk in case you forget supplies. The nearest shop or takeaway is 5 miles. Tesco Waitrose deliver. I do my best to point all of this out.

With own outdoor space, parking & sunset views over fields, 1 upstairs double bedroom/living space, 1 upstairs twin room, a downstairs kitchenette & downstairs shower room. A peaceful setting with direct access to footpaths & cycle routes. A 5 min stroll to the White Horse Inn via footpath & 30min drive to the coast. If peace and tranquility is what you're looking for, then Hill Farm Barns should suit you admirably. Located on a hill top with stunning views, and on the edge of the peaceful village of Sweffling, the towns of Framlingham and Saxmundham are within easy reach. Slightly further afield are the seaside resorts of Aldeburgh and Southwold. Comfortable and cosy accommodation with one bedroom (king size bed), en-suite shower room, kitchen/dinning space, and lounge area. Only suitable for adults.

Snug studio in the idyllic Alde Valley, Suffolk

The Snug is beautifully converted studio, attached to the farmhouse but totally self-contained. Situated in the rural idyll of the Alde River valley in coastal Suffolk, it is handily located for the RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere and the coastal attractions of Aldeburgh and Southwold, the concerts at Snape Maltings, and Framlingham castle. Located on a small family farm of 40 acres, there are plenty of dog walking opportunities on local footpaths, surrounded by horses, cattle and ducks.

Church View is a well maintained period country cottage next to a Grade 1 listed Saxon Church in the ancient rural town of Bruisyard. Close to Aldeburgh, Southwold & the Suffolk Heritage Coast. Perfect for exploring Suffolk, birdwatching, walking, cycling or simply enjoying the peace & quiet. Sleeps 4 ideally (5 is a squeeze!). Bed 1 is a king size double. Bed 2 is a king size double that can be 2 singles on request. Bed 3 is a single. Several great food & drink pubs 5-10 mins away.

The Carter's Loft

Situated deep in the Suffolk countryside, The Carter's Loft is a beautifully presented studio bursting with charm. The popular local pub (White Horse) offers good food and local beer. There are numerous footpaths on the doorstep, a community cafe selling homemade cakes and refreshments (open 10.30 - 12.30 Wed - Thurs, occasional Sundays and some super evening events) plus our local vineyard. We are close to historic Framlingham and within easy reach of the heritage coast.

Annex at The Orchard

Welcome to my Annex. We are located a 10 minute walk from the centre of the market town of Framingham and a 5 minute walk to the Castle. We are a 20 minute drive by car from the beautiful Suffolk Coastline. Our annex is finished to the highest quality. We have one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area. We are sorry but we cannot accept bookings for couples with small children. If you have any question please just ask.

We have ensured The Annex is suited for anyone by keeping the bedroom and all the amenities you need on the ground floor. The road is so quiet that you will hear the birds sing, especially when you sit in the private outside area in the morning sun.

Bee Flat is located in the rural village of Sweffling, between Framlingham & Saxmundham, within easy access to the seaside at Aldeburgh, Dunwich & Southwold. This comfortable first floor flat overlooks the church. A welcome breakfast pack is provided for you to prepare. It contains tea/coffee, milk, biscuits, bread, butter, marmalade/jam, eggs, bacon & tomatoes.
