Balmoral – Apartment with view and large terrace

Appartement dans une villa de caractère située dans le quartier de Balmoral au dessus de la ville de Spa (3 km) et à 12 km du circuit de Francorchamps. L'appartement est situé au niveau du jardin et comprend une cuisine équipée avec un coin repas, une chambre avec un lit double d’1m80, une salle de bain avec douche et un WC indépendant. Il dispose d'une entrée individuelle et d'une vaste terrasse avec deux parties abritées pouvant être chauffées et jouit d’une vue magnifique sur la vallée.

2020/21 haben wir das alte Bauernhaus meiner Großeltern mit viel Herzblut und Liebe zum Detail vollständig saniert und die untere Etage zu einer großen Ferienunterkunft umgebaut. In unserem alten Bruchsteinhaus in Monschau-Höfen finden nun bis zu vier Naturliebhaber, Wanderfreunde oder Erholungsurlauber ihren Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Die Unterkunft ist nur bedingt für Kinder unter 1 Jahr geeignet. Hierzu bitte ich um Vorabanfrage. Parken kann man direkt vor der Haustüre auf dem großen Hof.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

In stately mansion built under architecture, unique and beautifully executed penthouse in the heart of Wyck (center). Our apartment is perfect for large families | couples | business travelers or a group of friends. It consists of 3 bedrooms, all with a shower, and a spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The location is close to the station (2 min. walk) and the Vrijthof is a 15 min. walk. "Wyck" is the nicest district of Maastricht with lots of fun!

The house has been recently renovated and equipped with the necessary comfort. Through the terrace, you get access to the garden with a lovely Jacuzzi that you can enjoy for free. TV, wireless internet and music system are available. There is a private parking space in front of the house.

During your stay in this spacious apartment, you will relax completely. There is room for 2 cars in the courtyard. In the shared garden is a trampoline and climbing rack. The living room has a TV, and pellet stove. Bathroom has a generous shower. The kitchen has a microwave/oven + dishwasher. The home has a double bed and a double sofa bed with comfortable topper. Ideal for long stays are the washing machine and dryer. There is air conditioning on both floors.

The Standing Hare - Francorchamps

This modern, comfortable house will delight you with its facilities (infrared sauna, jacuzzi, electric charging point, air conditioning, open fire, etc.). Renovated to a high standard, it has a garden with a pétanque court and uninterrupted views over the valley. We prefer arrivals on Thursday or Friday, but please contact us for any other dates. Events causing a nuisance are prohibited. No disturbance during the day or at night will be tolerated.

Just a few steps away from the beautiful Natural Reserve the High Fens, we offer you a modern and comfortable studio, you have private access entry, a King size bed , a nice kitchen table with 4 chairs , a large sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a rain shower and wash basin , and a separate toilet all for you. A large glass sliding door gives lots of light in this spacious studio, and access to your private spacious terrace.

At the foot of the Hautes Fagnes and its magnificent promenades, less than 5 kilometers from the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack, this log cabin is a true haven of peace. Many walks start 200 meters from the house. Your accommodation can accommodate 7 adults in 3 large bedrooms consisting of 3 double beds that can be separated into 2. The first bedroom also has a loft bed. One bathroom, 2 separate toilets.
