Dieses gemütlich eingerichtete Apartment ist 10km von der Aachener Innenstadt entfernt , liegt in Kohlscheid, einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen. In etwa 11 km Entfernung befinden sich der Aachener Hauptbahnhof/Rathaus/Markt/Dom/RWTH Aachen/Casino Eurogress. Zum Campus Melaten und zum Uniklinikum RWTH Aachen sind es ca 8km. Das Aachener Reitstadion CHIO ist auch nicht weit entfernt . Kohlscheid hat eine eigene, kleine Bahnstation , sie ist fussläufig erreichbar.

The house is located on a street, but you don't hear anything from the noise during the day in the apartment. There is little traffic in the evening / night. The facility is new. From the balcony, you have a beautiful and gun view. The apartment has electric shutters and floor heating. A good WiFi is available. In addition, you could wash and dry your laundry in the basement for free. The flat has a lift. The house is wheelchair accessible. Parking is right in front of the door.

Im Flur ist ein großer Schrank. Das Bad ist mit mit einer großen ebenerdigen Wohlfühl- Dusche, Waschbecken und WC voll ausgestattet. Der Zugang zu unserer Gästewohnung befindet sich abseits der Strasse und führt über unseren Innenhof.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.
