Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bages

Eric and his partner have lovingly restored and built this property set around the ruins of a 12 Century castle. It is astonishingly beautiful. On the roof terrace there is also a small shared pool. We were here out of season, but it was a lovely hot day, so Eric got up early in the morning to open and clean the pool for us. The inside is equally charming and the nights were super cold, but the heating works extremely well. Eric is an artist and also showed us his atelier- really beautiful paintings. I couldn’t recommend this place more. It is authentic with beautiful surroundings and the nicest possible host. I will recommend this to all my friends and would like to return for an extended stay.

Best Airbnb we have stayed at. The pool is perfect and the view is amazing. The house is full of everything you need and more, like board games, movies etc. Jonathan was so helpful in giving us advice in exploring the area. Worth the money!!! Definitely best if you have a car, but we managed fine without one. There’s a local uber driver in the area who is lovely and has a low fare.

A really great place! Individually designed, very tasteful and equipped with everything necessary. The location is great in the vineyards, super quiet and yet you are by car in 15 minutes by car. Renaud is a great host, always friendly, helpful and with great recommendations and tips. We will definitely be back!

We had a nice stay at Jo's house. Our daughter had no shortage of toys and loved the slide in the garden! The walk to the lake is beautiful. The surroundings are super quiet. Jo has a lot of useful information available and responds quickly to messages!

Alexandra and Jean-Noël are particularly friendly and welcoming hosts. The studio they offer for rent is a bucolic marvel. The view is splendid, the interior cozy and the setting with the nearby walks and the animals that inhabit the place is incredible. A big thank you to our hosts for the care given to our comfort by their availability while respecting our privacy, their recommendations for activities and their availability. We recommend Alexandra and Jean-Noël's accommodation to anyone who wants to enjoy a break in nature and calm in this beautiful region.

We had a fantastic holiday in the most beautiful accommodation and setting that we have ever stayed (and we like nice places 👌). The rural and peaceful setting is idilic, the house is so charming and Gilles was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay! Virg’s apartment is spacious, classically French, located on the outskirts of Béziers city centre, and has all the amenities you could need. We stayed here for a week and ate in a few times, plus did some laundry. It’s easy to park on the streets for free nearby. Virg was a fabulous host - she met us for check in and check out, sent us recommendations on where to eat, and responded very quickly to messages. She went above and beyond to overcome the English-French language barrier in-person, and also helped us out finding some lost property within the apartment building. Beziers is a great place to stay - lots to do and eat in the city, and you’re only a 30min drive to beaches and other attractions. We would happily come back to this part of France and would recommend Virg’s apartment to anyone else.

Paul's studio is very nice and has everything. There's everything, and more. It's better than described in the listing and is in a great location. Plus, it's a place that has a soul. And this soul is given to him by Paul, the host, with his kindness, his attentiveness and his gentlemanliness. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended.

We had already come to Philippe's apartment and we found it with great pleasure. This apartment is really great. Great location, with a magnificent view from a very nice terrace. It is super well-equipped, very clean, tastefully decorated. Christine, Philipe's mom, welcomed us with great kindness, and really wanted us to enjoy our vacation by giving us little tips. Philippe and Christine are very responsive in communicating with their tenants. Highly recommended accommodation

Simple but efficient apartment. Very beautiful location in the Agly valley. Go there with your eyes closed: you will not be disappointed. Beautiful starting points for hikes and nature and heritage discoveries.

Fabrice is a very attentive and responsive host. Yoli's welcome, who gave us all the necessary explanations on our arrival, was perfect. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable and it met our expectations. We were able to enjoy the magnificent view from the terrace at breakfast or in the evening, as well as the pool and could walk to the center of Sète as a family. We had a wonderful stay and would come back without hesitation.

All amenities were available in the accommodation and even more than what you can expect from an Airbnb. ideal for cooking. everything you need to come with a baby and family with children.

a small night spent during a trip to 6 for the large buffet. ideally located, the sleeping and the configuration of the house and great , the pool side arrived puts back in shape of the journey and Florence was able to welcome us as it should be. I recommend

We spent a wonderful week here on a family trip (5 adults and 1 toddler). The house had plenty of space for us all and an idyllic garden and pool. A cot, high chair, plates and toys were provided, with kids Netflix also available, which made it a perfect stay for our toddler. We would definitely return and recommend!

We have enjoyed the nicely decorated and complete house. With that, the pool was great! Beautiful house, quiet location and lots of privacy. Our adolescent children (16 and 18 years) also found it a perfect place. For activities with teenagers, you have to travel a bit, but there is plenty to do in a beautiful area. Communication with Emilie was excellent!! She is quick, thoughtful, very friendly and welcoming. Her mother too! We'd love to come back!

I had the pleasure of staying two nights in a remarkably decorated, bright, quiet and perfectly equipped accommodation. The setting is both peaceful and very pleasant. I would like to thank Sabine and Eric for their high-quality welcome, their availability and their sense of service. Their wise advice on local activities and good addresses greatly enriched my stay. I also had the chance to discover local products made available in the accommodation. It was a very successful experience, which I will be happy to repeat to continue discovering the region.

Cathy is a very friendly host who puts you at ease upon arrival. Thank you Francoise for hosting us. The house is as described, the kitchen is well-equipped. The pool was perfect for hot summer days and the barbecue was much appreciated for meals. The environment is quiet and relaxing. We had a great time with the family. 😊

Cédric is great - stuck around to help us resolve a few unpredictable issues on arrival, and offered great support throughout the stay. Awesome location and views. Very easy to walk into the city, and lots of outdoor space to relax in. 100% recommend. Do not visit Chateux de Gaure winery though - it was a disaster. Should’ve stuck with Cédric’s recommendation!
