Holiday rentals with a patio in Bagheria

Dear Greta and Toni, Thank you for a wonderful stay at your appartment, as well as your recommendations in regard to transportation and sights. The location is perfect. Very close to the old town with sights and restaurants, but also quiet as the windows face a small square. The appartment is modern and clean with lots of space to put furniture. The bed is very good too. I slept very well most nights. On 2 nights, noisy neighbors were heard through the old walls, so earplugs were needed for a bit.

This is a spacious, modern and clean apartment with everything provided for a comfortable stay. It is on the ground floor, very quiet with the added bonus of the garden. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the old town but there are buses that go regularly from the top of the road. The buses run from the station too and the airport shuttle bus stops at the end of the road, so very convenient. Buses also go from the top of the road to Mondello which is the beach area. There are plenty of local restaurants too. We had a very good stay and would recommend.

We began our engagement moon in Palermo, and this apartment was the perfect start to the week. Just steps from the Teatro Massimo and the main drag, it was gorgeous, spacious, and had amazing air conditioning! The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and was flexible with our arrival time as we were out exploring the city. They gave a great recommendation for a safe parking lot nearby in advance and set us up with a driver to take us to Monreale when we realized driving ourselves would be complicated. It felt like a good friend was helping to plan our trip. We highly recommend this perfect apartment and are grateful for the communicative team running it!

Francesco ist wirklich der perfekte Gastgeber! Er war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich hilfsbereit und hatte viele tolle Tipps parat – von Restaurants über Unternehmungen bis hin zu einem günstigen Taxi-Sharing-Service vom/zum Flughafen. Auch wenn es von unserer Seite ein paar kleine Umstände gab, war Francesco stets verständnisvoll und unterstützend. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach großartig: super sauber, besonders Küche und Bad, und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht – sogar Wasser und ein paar Lebensmittel zur Begrüßung standen bereit. Es gibt moderne Geräte, wie eine neue Spül- und Waschmaschine, und die wunderschöne Dachterrasse ist ein echtes Highlight! Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, in unmittelbarer Nähe fährt auch ein kostenloser Shuttlebus. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Francesco, für alles!

Luigi’s home in Palermo has everything you need when staying in Palermo. Whether it be short term or long term location is ideal to everything you’d want to see and need. Great communication and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to staying at Luigi’s next time I visit Palermo.

L'alloggio rispecchia le foto e la descrizione. Arredamento nuovo e funzionale. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua fresca e snack. La posizione è ottima per esplorare il centro. Pasticceria ottima in fondo alla strada. Comunicare con Mario è stato facile e veloce.

Marco has a beautiful apartment. There are three spacious bedrooms as well as two well appointed bathrooms. Additionally attached to one of the bedrooms is a large outdoor terrace with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. It is within walking distance of many of the attractions in the historic district of Palermo. We were delighted with our selection of his apartment.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, alles schön und sauber, ansich eine ruhige, heimische gegend, leider gab es einen Nachbarshund der die ersten zwei Nächte ca 6 Stunden durch gebellt hat, man konnte jedoch Simona jederzeit super und schnell erreichen und dieses Problem konnte dank ihr gelöst werden. :) Einzig gewöhnungsbedürftig war das Bett und das Kissen, es war leider zu hart. Aber grundsätzlich war der gesamt Eindruck toll, freundliche Leute und schöne Umgebung. Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas länger ca 25-30 Minuten, es war für uns aber täglich ein schöner Spaziergang am Morgen, es gab immer viel zu sehen. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist nicht allzu weit entfernt. Eine kleine Pizzeria „Mori“ ist ganz in der Nähe, kann ich sehr empfehlen, eine der besten Pizzen die ich je gegessen habe.

L’esperienza nella villa di Gianluca è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Immersa in un'oasi di quiete, la villa offre una tranquillità senza pari, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La piscina, perfettamente curata, è il vero cuore della casa: trascorrere le giornate a bordo vasca con una splendida vista sul mare è stato rigenerante. Il panorama è mozzafiato, con il mare che si estende all'orizzonte, offrendo spettacoli incredibili soprattutto al tramonto. Di notte, il cielo stellato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. La mancanza di inquinamento luminoso ha reso possibile ammirare una volta celeste punteggiata da stelle, creando un'atmosfera magica e romantica. In sintesi, questa villa è perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio elegante e rilassante, dove il mare, la natura e la pace si incontrano in un perfetto equilibrio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! We got a super warm welcome with some local sweets, which was such a nice surprise. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The hosts were great – always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The location is just few minutes off the main road between Palermo and Cefalù, so it’s a perfect spot for exploring the northern part of Sicily. Despite the road being close, it was very quiet in the apartment. One thing we loved was how cool the apartment stayed – even though it was really hot outside, we didn’t need to use the AC at all thanks to the curtains keeping the heat out. The bedroom stays pretty dark throughout the day because the window doesn’t let in much light. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Danielas Unterkunft in Termini Imerese. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – besonders angenehm fanden wir die Klimaanlage, die an warmen Tagen für Abkühlung sorgte. Ein echtes Highlight war die schöne Terrasse, auf der wir gerne entspannten, und der wunderbare Meerblick direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal: ruhig, charmant und perfekt, um sowohl die Umgebung zu erkunden als auch einfach mal zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Gegend hat uns wirklich begeistert – authentisch, freundlich und nicht überlaufen. Daniela war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – danke, Daniela, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! (:

Vi var fire personer plus en hund. Vi havde et dejligt ophold på 7 dage. Vi kom i bil, hvilket jeg vil sige er optimalt. Vores små lokale restauranter var rigtig hyggelige…men skulle du besøge andre restauranter skal du bruge bil eller taxa. Den lokale strand er små klipper men når man har klaret denne udfordring er vandet yderst behageligt. Der findes rigtig mange dejlige strande indenfor 10, 20, 30 og 40 kilometer. Vores værtinde Laura var yderst behagelig og gjorde alt for at behage os. Det var et rigtig dejligt hus med den smukkeste udsigt oppe fra tagterrassen, hvor vi spiste vores aftensmad. Morgenmaden spiste vi på terrassen i stuen med udsigt ud over haven. Køkkenet var yderst velfungerende og velassorteret.

Excelente ubicación y espacios, todo limpio y amplio. Cerca de restaurantes y con estacionamiento fuera. Check in fácil. No hay hervidor ni microondas, para los que cocinan en casa. Lo recomiendo!

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

Honestly the place was better than the photos and Matthias was a really cool host. Responsive and very attentive. The place is well located near the center (10min walk) and very calm with a beautiful outside. I couldn’t recommend you more this place.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, fussläufig ein wunderschöner Strand (nicht überlaufen). Perfekter Ort um Palermo und die Umgebung zu entdecken.

We loved our stay at Paola’s place! Paola made us feel right at home after a long day of travel, she had left us water and biscuits and gave us some great local recommendations for the following day. The place was so cosy, clean and spacious with local guide books and anything you could need. She had left us umbrella and chairs for the beach, which was about a 30 min walk away. Super safe location, loads of delicious restaurants and a beautiful beach on your doorstep. It was delightful and we had the best time. Thank you so much Paola!!!

Le logement est bien situé à 20min à pied de centre vivant de la ville, l’espace extérieur de la terrasse est apaisant. L’appartement est très spacieux !! L’hôte a été compréhensif et flexible. Je recommande vivement !!!

I think Massimiliano and his son Guiseppe were amazing hosts for my stay in Palermo, they were so helpful with check in, even gave us alcohol and food on arrival. He also stocked shampoo/shower gel and other useful things you may have forgotten. The space was exactly as described and a walking distance to everything! I could not have asked for a better host, I would recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Palermo! 5 Stars!🌟

Sehr netter Gastgeber der uns auch Empfehlungen für gute Restaurants gegeben, in denen er für uns auch reserviert hat. Schöne saubere Wohnung direkt im Zentrum. Auf der Dachterasse hat es nicht gut gerochen von den umliegenden Häusern aber sonst eine Top Wohnung. Ich würde wieder hingehen!

We had the most amazing time in Elisabetta’s flat. It’s both beautiful and HUGE! The roof terrace was the perfect place to eat outdoors. Valentina was super responsive and gave great suggestions of the local area. Highly recommend staying here!

Schöne Wohnung, ruhige Gegend, jedoch Zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß ist man in 3 Minuten am Ballarò Markt, sehr empfehlenswert! Man kann dort essen gehen und ebenso frisches Obst, Gemüse ect. kaufen.
