Holiday rentals with a patio in Metropolitan City of Palermo

Great apartment in a great location. You can quickly walk to all the sights and also to the harbor. Giulia was always available and also helped us with the ZTL for our car (thank you again). Everything totally hassle-free, we would come back and thank you for the pleasant stay

Dear Greta and Toni, Thank you for a wonderful stay at your appartment, as well as your recommendations in regard to transportation and sights. The location is perfect. Very close to the old town with sights and restaurants, but also quiet as the windows face a small square. The appartment is modern and clean with lots of space to put furniture. The bed is very good too. I slept very well most nights. On 2 nights, noisy neighbors were heard through the old walls, so earplugs were needed for a bit.

Salavatore's apartment is modern, clean and very nicely furnished. The roof terrace is a dream on one side, the mountains on the other side, you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The communication with Salvatore was perfect and the check in worked great. You could also arrive late in the evening as it works with a key box. There are parking spaces directly in front of the house, or a little below on the street. Various grocery stores and good restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest beach is about 20 minutes on foot. All in all, we liked it very much in Cinisi. ☀️

Had a great stay! The highlight was the incredibly beautiful view of the mountains. Furthermore, we were wonderfully located by the swimming pool and sitting on our own terrace. The cottage itself was full of comforts with a very nice kitchen. We could order sandwiches every day and there is a small shop with cheese, eggs, wine and beer, which is very convenient if you don't feel like leaving the grounds. The host is very responsive and very helpful. Giuseppe was very friendly and gave clear instructions. We would have liked to stick to it for a few more days!

This is a spacious, modern and clean apartment with everything provided for a comfortable stay. It is on the ground floor, very quiet with the added bonus of the garden. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the old town but there are buses that go regularly from the top of the road. The buses run from the station too and the airport shuttle bus stops at the end of the road, so very convenient. Buses also go from the top of the road to Mondello which is the beach area. There are plenty of local restaurants too. We had a very good stay and would recommend.

Luigi’s home in Palermo has everything you need when staying in Palermo. Whether it be short term or long term location is ideal to everything you’d want to see and need. Great communication and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to staying at Luigi’s next time I visit Palermo.

Great position outside Palermo , we took a convenient train journey ride. costing €6 each return. Car parking was easy outside the apartment, we never struggled to find a space. The apartment is very well equipped and a comfortable space to spend time in. lovely to watch the world go by whilst drinking that first cup of morning coffee.

The apartment is in a beautiful renovated old building with original ceiling frescoes and is within walking distance of all major attractions. It is very easy to reach on foot from the train station. The facility was of high quality and was perfect for us. Everything was very clean. Toni was always immediately available and very friendly. We highly recommend the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully maintained Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. One thing to note: the property is located next to an event center, which means you might hear music and festivities, especially on weekends or during special events. We unfortunately heard 4 nights of loud music. While even having the shades and windows closed, we still needed noise canceling airpods to still drown out the sound. We also had the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs bedrooms did not hear the music. It might be something to consider if you're looking for total quiet. Overall, we loved the vibrant location and the convenience of being close to local attractions. If you're looking for a clean, cozy, and well-located place with flare!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It’s the perfect getaway from the busy city life’s we lead. The villa is beautiful and there is the added bonus that Massimo (the owner) has a pizza restaurant in the town which we went to twice and were well looked after. Would certainly recommend staying

The little home is in a super cute small village on the hills, the surroundings are adorable, very close to a nice place. I think the decor could be a little bit more representative of the outdoors vibe.

The stay was beautiful, very peaceful and the house was really big with lots of balconies and space! The rooftop was amazing. Laura was also so extremely helpful. We had a bit trouble with getting around since the taxis doesn’t want to drive inside Carini, just to take us outside the city. So Laura helped us getting a local taxi driver who was incredible too. The surroundings are beautiful, not that many restaurants and hard to find a grocery store nearby, but the ones that exist have really nice and friendly staff. The place is really close to the ocean, easy to take a nice walk. We were really happy with our stay, the house was perfect.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The apartment is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for cooking at home.

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

This place is a very special find in Palermo! It’s located close to the old town with plenty restaurants and bars close by. The apartment itself is super nice - very clean, beautifully decorated and provides all you need (and more) for a stay. Matthias is a great host, replies quickly and welcomed us warmly when we arrived. He helped us out right away when we had a question. We can highly recommend his place!

Very nice place to stay, incredible hospitality, within walking distance of a beautiful beach (not crowded). Perfect place to discover Palermo and its surroundings.

It was so wonderful to stay at I Colori Della Sicilia’s place! Giuseppe and his wife welcomed us warmly and left coffee and breakfast treats for us for the next morning. The apartment was adorable, clean, modern, and had everything we needed! The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful! Shortly after we arrived, we were headed to a nearby pizzeria for dinner. My husband and I looked somewhat confused about how to get there so Giuseppe invited us to jump in his car as he and his wife were headed home, and gave us a ride. Their heartfelt friendliness made us feel like family! The walk from the pizzeria back to the apartment was a very easy 4 minute walk - and the pizza was so good! The next morning our flight left at 6 am and we had made plans with Giuseppe to provide transportation to the airport. We needed to leave at 3:45 am and we were so grateful to have the peace of mind knowing we didn’t have to worry about a ride. Well worth the cost of the ride! 10/10!

We loved our stay at Paola’s place! Paola made us feel right at home after a long day of travel, she had left us water and biscuits and gave us some great local recommendations for the following day. The place was so cosy, clean and spacious with local guide books and anything you could need. She had left us umbrella and chairs for the beach, which was about a 30 min walk away. Super safe location, loads of delicious restaurants and a beautiful beach on your doorstep. It was delightful and we had the best time. Thank you so much Paola!!!

Beautiful place i was very happy with the place

We had the most amazing time in Elisabetta’s flat. It’s both beautiful and HUGE! The roof terrace was the perfect place to eat outdoors. Valentina was super responsive and gave great suggestions of the local area. Highly recommend staying here!

The location is right in Palermo, within 20 minutes walking to the old town. Palermo is vibrant. The home is in good condition and we were very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, we all had a good night sleep. The house is on a main street so there is noise, but it was not disruptive. We loved the garden and the ability to be outside, yet in the city.

Beautiful apartment, quiet area, but centrally located. On foot you can reach the Ballarò market in 3 minutes, highly recommended! You can go there to eat and also buy fresh fruit, vegetables, etc.

Beautiful spot and great distance to the beach it was literally right on the water. I had an amazing time and everything to do around the place was in walking distance.
