The house is easy to access thanks to the instructions given by Stéphane We found a clean house, faithful to the description, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is located on a large, wooded and quiet plot. The atmosphere is peaceful and we will definitely return.

Very good extended weekend with the family in Aurélie and Sylvain's house. House in the countryside with a very beautiful view. Everything is done to make you feel good and to please children and adults: slide, ping-pong table, foosball, badminton court and petanque on a very large grassy field! Everyone enjoyed it ;-) Spacious house, very nice to have each bedroom equipped with a bathroom and toilet. Lots of things to do in the surroundings: visit the characterful city of Saint Ceneri le Gerei, Saint Léonard du Bois, the pearl pond in Averton and 600 m away: visit a dairy farm with milking! Perfect rustic simplicity. A perfect place to "unplug" and enjoy the calm and beautiful Normandy countryside. This was our second stay here in 7 years and most of it was as we remembered. The dark ground floor is naturally cold which is perfect on warm days. The furniture was basic but good. The kitchen area is nice to work in and has most utensils and equipment we required. They have the most beautiful and sweet dogs that greeted us every day and their cat is also super kind though we didn't see it much. Florian and his family are also very kind when we briefly met. It's wonderfully situated to explore the Alpes Mancelles and greater Normandy area and there's plenty of supermarkets within driving distance.

We were very happy with our stay. The quality of our hosts' hospitality and their availability. The cottage and its environment because of their charms appealed to us in this difficult moment of mourning that we had to go through. I recommend 100%

This place was perfect for us. We had 4 families meeting together and we had the best time, so many games and toys to play with. And the pool was lively, clean and easy to use. plenty of everything you'd need in the kitchen and plenty of space to eat together as a group, inside and out. We visited beaches of Normandy and Mont St. Michel on different days during our stay which we're both full day excursions, but definitely do-able. I highly recommend.

We had a lovely family weekend at Sylvie and Jo's place, excellent welcome, very warm people. Responsive to messages & very adapted to check in and check out times. A very well-maintained, clean, and description/photos 100% like reality. It is also very well located, quiet, but very close to shops. Julie gave us a very warm welcome and spent time talking about the accommodation and the local area. She was available for advice and help throughout our stay. The gite was well equipped clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the games room and our grandchildren loved the trampoline. There were enough sun loungers for everyone. The local area was attractive and interesting.

Anne is a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in the very rustic and beautiful property. The surrounding countryside is idyllic and we enjoyed our forest walks. The garden is fully fenced off which was a bonus for our dog Reggie! The ‘old grocery store’ is highly recommended!

The place was spotless, very clean and well kept. The bed is a little small for tall people, but it's a standard bed, so nothing unusual. The host was very responsive and provided all the necessary information clearly and accurately, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I recommend it without hesitating!
