Beautiful garden, with great facilities including a lovely and stunning views from the hills of Emilia Romagna. The kitchen is bright and we-equipped. The house generally is charming - welcoming and wonderfully decorated with lemon motifs everywhere. Miriam was welcoming and communicated in great time. And the cat is a sweetheart. Highly recommended to families and larger groups.

Wir kommen wieder! Das Haus ist wirklich eine fantastische Unterkunft! Es war in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool war definitiv das Highlight und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick. Außerdem haben wir tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

The hosts (and their daughter) were very nice: it was easy to communicate with them, despite the language barrier online and in person. The unit was very pretty, had an old school charm and was very big and spacious! The pool was also very nice! Sure, it was in an industrial area with a lot of mosquitoes, but there was mosquito netting all around the house, except in the entrance. Thanks for the stay!

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The stay was wonderful. The house is clean and cozy. The house is located with a stunning view. Paolo, the owner, was very friendly. From the first moment he was always available for any question. And we received lots of recommendations for trips in the area. Highly recommend coming to this property.

Beautiful tower hidden in the woods on the hill. Very stylish, unique and well kept place. Truly mind-blowing views - you can have breakfast with a top-down view to the town surrounded by mountains! It’s a place in the wild, in the woods, where wildlife is curious about newcomers:) It was perfect for a couple for a romantic getaway. Felt like a little adventure. Extremely helpful and welcoming hosts. We came with public transport and had all the support from the hosts. I would highly recommend a bike trip around - it’s not difficult even for an inexperienced person, and the views are definitely worth it! We had a very special time in the Tower, loved the experience, thank you very much!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Villecchia ist ruhig in den Bergen gelegen und trotzdem kann man in ca. 30 Minuten am Strand liegen. Der Ort ist eine mittelalterliche Anlage und daher äußerst faszinierend. Die Wohnung sieht wunderschön aus und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Roby hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft

Moi, mon mari et mes enfants avons beaucoup aimé ... Nous sommes restés 3 nuits . Tout était comme les photos . Nous n avons pas eu l opportunité de connaître Loredana mais nous avons connu la maman . Ne sachant pas parler l italien , nous nous sommes comprises 😜 Je recommande.

Lovely house. It was a great place to stay for a group of 3 families as it had spacious 3 bedrooms each with its own bathrooms. Everything about the house was great. When we had an issue with the AC, Francesco addressed it right away. Definitely a great choice to stay for exploring Bologna.

Tatiana est attentionnée et extrêmement gentille. Son accueil est chaleureux. Elle est aux petits soins. Le pain fait maison le matin accroché à la porte pour le petit déjeuner et les tomates du jardin sans oublier les œufs des poules sont des attentions très appréciables. Le logement proposé à tout le confort, tout en mettant extrêmement éloigné de toute zone d’habitation. La seule difficulté est le chemin pour arriver chez elle. Il y a 1 km avec deux virages en épingle à cheveux extrêmement ardue. Jeune conducteur : s’abstenir… Je ne me suis jamais sentie bien sur ce chemin, mais Tatiana fait son possible pour nous rassurer. Elle veut bien conduire la voiture… Elle dit que ça passe avec toutes les voitures… Pour la citadine que je suis, c’était une expérience ! Mais le chemin mis à part, on est très bien une fois arrivé. Nature et animaux. (chien, chat, Cheval, poule, sans compter tous les oiseaux).

המארחים היו אדיבים וחביבים מאוד ועזרו במה שבקשנו, הדירה סופר נוחה , גדולה ועם כל מה שצריך לשהות . סופרים במרחק של מס' דקות נסיעה, הנוף מהדירה הראה את כל מה שיפה באיזור הכפרי. שקט מאוד. המיקום היה מאוד נוח לטיול כוכב באיזור של אמיליה רומניה.

Alles war super. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, die Lage ist wunderbar und nah genug an Bologna. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Mi sono innamorata subito di questa meravigliosa casa ed è stato un colpo di fulmine. Non mi sbagliavo. Siamo stati benissimo poiché al suo interno c'è tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. Gli splendidi spazi esterni sono stati molto graditi dai nostri cani. Possibilità di parcheggiare sia all'interno che all'esterno dell'abitazione. Tommaso è stato molto gentile e disponibile, lo abbiamo molto apprezzato. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Modena es una ciudad que tiene un gran atractivo y estando en esta casa uno la puede disfrutar de gran manera. La calle es silenciosa y tiene muchas comodidades, especialmente mucha privacidad en el cuarto de abajo. Las camas son cómodas y la cocina esta muy bien equipada (siempre suma que el anfitrión deje café, te, azucar y todos los productos de limpieza). El baño principal tiene una excelente ducha y las toallas impecables. Perfectamente ubicada a pasos del centro histórico y con una cantidad de excelentes lugares para comer o tomar un café. Si vas a Modena, te vas a enamorar de esta ciudad y vas a querer regresar y lo de Nicola es una gran opción. Lo único es que en el caso de ir en auto hay que tener paciencia para conseguir donde estacionar al estar ubicado en el centro histórico que tiene restricciones.

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Anna's place is charming, comfortable and full of character, in a tiny peaceful village with lovely views from the shady upstairs terrace, yet within easy reach of shops and only a few minutes drive from the local station, for trains to La Spetzia and then onwards to visit the villages and walks of the Cinque Terre. Anna gave us a warm welcome, responded to queries quickly and gave us lots of really useful local information.

If i could give 20 stars, it would not be enough to state what this Torre Riva is all about! Peaceful, private, quiet, ancient, historic! Perhaps the most remarkable place we've stayed! The village below is quiet, the townspeople are friendly. The entire area is a picture. You will feel history. Mario is an absolute genius with how to send the baggage up. The renovations that he continued with, the woodwork! The way up, is only the best part...get in shape. The village is worth the walk within all the alleys. A picture at every step.
