Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Cedar Lodge in the heart of the New Forest

Cedar Lodge is a beautiful modern lodge set in an idyllic one-third acre garden on the edge of Avon Tyrrell in the New Forest. With direct forest access, the lodge is perfect for mountain biking, walking or running. The village of Bransgore is 1.5 miles away with 2 great pubs, a fish and chip shop and supermarket. The beaches of Mudeford, Christchurch and Bournemouth are all nearby and Ringwood with its pubs, shops and restaurants is only 4 miles away. The lodge has a TV with firestick.

Detached garden studio with independent entrance, perfect to remain isolated! Double en-suite room in a cul-de-sac with a rural outlook. Deers can often be seen in the field if you are an early bird. The tiny house is 3 minutes level walk to Ringwood Town Centre, Ringwood Parish Church and Doulos Training as well as all the shops, bars and restaurants. Public transport from the town centre to Bournemouth, London etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Gaddens Manor House Wing , 4 bedrooms 4 Bathrooms is the Whole West Wing of a 1920’s Arts and Craft Period House refurbished with modern facilities. The house is set in the New Forest National Park, with an amazing forest and garden location. The grounds, paddocks and woodland extend to 20 acres with great views from every room . Coachmans Cottage

Coachman’s Cottage is a converted Coach house and Harness room originally built in 1860. It is next door to the owner’s home. Southampton water is a short walk away, and the New Forest lies to the north. There are many local attractions near by including Exbury Gardens and the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. The property is all on one level. Hythe is just over a mile away, and from here you can take the Ferry to Southampton. There is a pub 200 mtrs away called The Travellers Rest

Red Oak Barn within the New Forest National Park

Our barn is unique, rustic and quirky, being made from recycled materials, resulting in a homely atmosphere. We’re at the western side of the National Park. Access to/from London is very good. Our market town (Ringwood) is nearby, as are beaches, the Purbecks, the Jurassic Coast, and local tourist attractions. The barn is secluded and suitable for couples, families, older folk and business people. We also accept dogs, provided owners accept and adhere to our pet rules.

Our townhouse cottage 'Lilypad Cottage' is conveniently located near to the main high street, the River Avon and Bickerley Green, with access to walking and biking trails (locked storage for bikes available). Explore our charming town and its local shops, restaurants a stroll away, or perhaps take a short drive to the coast for a day at the beach or into the heart of the New Forest. The New Forest offers endless opportunities for adventure, relaxation, and exploration.

A Hidden Gem - Tranquil Barn in the New Forest

The Barn is a delightful studio barn conversion, situated next to our family home in the beautiful village of Burley, New Forest. The Barn features an open plan living, kitchen and sleeping area with a log burning stove, with its own private entrance and small outside area with space for a BBQ. It is a truly fantastic base for you to enjoy what the national park has to offer; including walking, bike riding, horse riding, or exploring the beaches of the south coast.
