Rain ecolodge was extremely beautiful, I had a super relaxing stay and would go again 12 out of 10 stars

A BEAUTIFUL oasis and amazing deal. We felt so welcomed by the staff working there, especially Amanda. The grounds were stunning with plans through, the pool was a treat! Breakfast was made fresh and delicious. We loved our private shower outside the room. The yoga studio was stunning and such a great class. Short walk to the beach and local restaurants. We'll be back!

Thank You Brendan for providing this Most Fabulous Stay ! Your Lush Property with all its Flowers , relaxing ambiance , and Crystal Clear Sparkling Swimming Pool set the Perfect tone ! As for “containers” being bedroom / bath accommodations , BRILLIANT ! The rooms are well laid out , super comfortable , and the Shower is Dreamy ! We arrived for NYE , and were provided access to the Festive Celebration , next door at Fuego , with Fireworks ! From one fabulous extreme to the next , the second day and evening were super chill . Breakfast is Outstanding in the common area , the guests staying are all so laidback , and then , . . . the Yoga studio ! We practiced with a most Lovely instructor , for an evening candlelit offering . Namaste 💕 As for the Staff , all the Nice Humans took such incredible care of us ! Emily , Nicole , Chef Lady 😁 , Grounds Caretaker Gentleman and Everyone , Thank You ! This is a Gem , Super Concept All Around , Sincerest Gratitude, Peace 💕

Manoas was by far the best place we stayed during our trip to Costa Rica! Not only were the tents huge, clean and comfortable but the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything Steve was great at communicating and gave us some recommendations for a local tour company before we arrived as well as directions to the property. The campsite is 10-15 mins drive from the Ballena national park and there are supermarkets on the main road before entering the road up to the campsite (you will need 4 x 4) Upon check in we were assisted with our laundry and I asked if there was somewhere to get hot water (for our baby) and they found us a kettle to use in our room. We were also placed in a private spot and near the restaurant which was thoughtful The tents were amazing! The bed was huge and the bathroom was lovely and clean! There was a mini fridge, plates and glasses so it was easy to eat lunch on the surrounding balcony The restaurant serves a 3 course meal for 20 dollars per person which is well worth it as the food is spectacular and you won’t get a more beautiful setting. Breakfast is huge and tasty and 10 dollars per person too. The campsite has a lovely pool, a walk to the river for swimming and a lagoon to visit. The cicada are amazing-we have never heard them so loud and using an app on our phone measured them to be around 70-80 decibels during the day! They quietened at night and the gentle noise helped our baby sleep as it acted like white noise. In the early hours of the morning we heard howler monkeys which was eerie but amazing I could say so much more about this amazing place but think it is best experienced. Definitely the place to stay in Uvita!

The family owning the place were really nice and helpful (not to mention hard-working) people and went out of their way to help us in every possible way. The best part of the property is the really plentiful outdoors space with hammocks in the shadow of big trees, with tables, table tennis and a little drink bar in addition to the restaurant where you can order lunch or dinner. We had the room for a family of 5 and would say that it was a bit tight in space, with a double bed and a 2 + 1 bunkbed. For 2-3 people it would be quite roomy, larger than average hotel room.

Jon's place was a dream. The apartment is beautiful, nestled in gardens in the jungle. The location is so scenic, with an incredible view of the ocean from the deck. There's a lovely yoga shala that we loved practicing in. The kitchen is well stocked, and we loved cooking every night. The bedroom, bathrooms and whole house is very clean. We felt right at home. Jon is a welcoming, kind and fantastic host. He let us use the yoga shala and deck as much as we wanted, and even gave us rides into town when he could. We felt very safe and comfortable, which was a big deal to my partner and I, as we are a queer couple. We already miss our new friend! The apartment is located about 45 minutes up a steep mountain road. I didn't read the listing carefully, so I thought it was a bit closer to the beaches of Dominicalito. Even with the blisters from all the walking, we had absolutely no regrets though! We just wished we'd rented a car. Learn from us 😂

Creo que es uno de los hoteles que más me han gustado en las playas de CR!! Rodeado de naturaleza, dos piscinas hermosas!! Al frente hay un río enorme y delicioso para nadar, la atención es increíble!! Te reciben con una bebida y te despiden con una bolsita de dulces, en la habitación nos esperaba una nota con nuestro nombre dándonos la bienvenida!! Simplemente volvería 1000 veces!! Uy el restaurante es delicioso! Comimos ahí varias veces y fue delicioso siempre.

El Castillo was a beautiful, small, boutique hotel. The location is secluded and you feel tucked away in the jungle, yet it is only minutes from great restaurants, beaches, and activities. The spa suite was comfortable, clean and spacious. It was nice to be in our own area. The pool provided an amazing spot for watching the sunset and just relaxing. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and had a wonderful dinner and lunch there as well. It was clear that the menu was designed and executed by talented hands. The members of the staff were so welcoming. Francisco, Donny, and Roxy were always there for anything we needed or wanted. We booked massages in the spa room and they were excellent. It was very hard to leave such a beautiful and welcoming place!

Wow. Everything about my stay was perfect. Hotel Daleese is absolutely beautiful, so clean, so peaceful. It has everything I needed and more. What really made it so great for me were the hosts - Rosa and Dave. They gave me such a warm welcome, helped me with my bags, gave me a tour, checked on me, answered my million questions. I felt so safe and so taken care of. The dinner I was served was delicious and the hospitality was truly the best I’ve ever experienced. I felt at home the entire time. Extra things I really appreciated: great AC, great wifi, gorgeous little pool with music, intimate private patio, plenty of kitchen supplies and easy to work TV, gated property and best of all - they set up a private driver to take me back to the airport that made me feel safe and got me there on time. This place is especially perfect for solo traveler.

Excellent experience! Felt right at home!! Walking distance to the whale tail. Katie and Luis were extremely responsive and super helpful! Highly recommend!!!

What a stunning place. The secluded jungle setting and staff were amazing. We spent our day in the pool and the night in the hot tub, the perfect combo to relax. The activities were super fun! The hot tub movie night was the perfect time to meet other people, and the yoga classes in the morning were the perfect complement to my stay.

Logement neuf et de salle de bain de très belle qualité. La piscine est très agréable surtout à la nuit tombée avec les jeux de lumières. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner proposé. Quelques bars/restaurants accessibles à pied dans le quartier. Nous recommandons ce logement!

Cabinas D'Val est à recommander !!! Logement propre et très agréable, lit très confortable. L'espace extérieur est très appréciable avec cuisine et piscine. L'endroit est calme et très bien situé, Scott nous a très bien accueillis et nous a donné de bons conseils (restaurants, transports etc ...) pour nous faciliter notre séjour. Super séjour à Uvita. Merci Scott !!!

I would def stay here again! I was traveling with a group and we got in a bind on another Airbnb that ended before our travel, so our group scrambled to find another place. I booked a room at Katie’s and had a great experience! I wish it was for more than a night. It was so clean, comfortable, I loved the common areas but felt very relaxed in my room. It’s in a really central part of Uvita, super easy to walk to the beach or restaurants. It’s a great spot and I’d come back!

Staying at Lipstick Palms was truly one of the most special and unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had. The home & amenities are unreal! A stunning retreat with sweeping views of the Pacific, a great breeze and every detail is high-end and thoughtful. Annie and Patrick are the kindest, most gracious hosts—you instantly feel like you’re visiting dear friends or family you adore. Upon request, they prepared a beautiful, elevated meal our first night (that peach cream cake was unreal!) and again on our last night. One evening, we went into town together, played pool at a fun dive bar, had chili guaro shots.m- so fun! They also took us to a wine bar on the ocean where we fed bananas to monkeys at sunset—it was pure magic. The location is perfect, the pool is gorgeous, and we felt so at home the entire time. Annie and Patrick were present but never intrusive—it was the perfect balance. Their care, warmth, and hospitality made this stay something we’ll never forget. Dreaming of coming back!

Es bellísimo! Muy tranquilo, con todas las comodidades y lujos para las vacaciones, la piscina es grande y bella, las habitaciones super cómodas, la atención inmejorable.

Un excelente lugar para descansar en familia , las habitaciones equipadas y limpias. Unas vistas excelentes de los atardeceres y las áreas comunes limpias y funcionales .

Disfrutamos mucho la estadía en la Van. Todo muy ordenado y limpio. El estilo interno se siente como que andas de road-trip y la verdad es muy agradable. Las instalaciones cuentan con una piscina pequeña al fondo de la propiedad y el lugar en si es como un hostal muy ordenado y agradable. Sebas el anfitrión fue muy comunicativo e inclusive se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos los highlights en un mapa grande de Uvita que tienen en el salón. Lo recomiendo bastante. El único detalle que no está en el listín explicado es que ellos requieren de una tarjeta para hacer el check in y no te permiten quedarte si no la brindas. Esto puede ser un poco incómodo ya que no está explicado en el listín y si no andas el plástico te puede pasar una mala jugada. Pero fuera de eso, increíble lugar que recomiendo además de la comunidad de uvita por supuesto. Big up Sebas! Irie vibes 🤙🏽

Absolutely a wonderful stay. David is terrific and offers advice on best places to eat and local spots. Super friendly caretakers at the house and extremely gorgeous views. The beach is absolutely breathtaking. Definitely want to stay here again.
