C’était un petit coin de paradis! Et les hôtes: super sympas :) Très tranquille, le son de la nature pour s’endormir, l’emplacement était parfait pour la plage et les petits cafés/restaurants autour! Je reviendrai c’est certain.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The landscaping and scenery were beautiful. Jeff and Nando were friendly and so helpful with great suggestions for activities and restaurants. We used the pool daily and sometimes at night. It was so refreshing after the heat of the day. The 3 building concept was unique and very liveable.

We were greeted upon arrival and shown the place. We enjoyed the pool and the lodge. The location was superb as it was steps away from the beach (Marino Ballena). Loved it, would certainly come back.

My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights and we were very pleased with the place!!! It is up a mountain and away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to Uvita and everything you need! It feels like your own little piece of paradise surrounded by wild life and lots of beautiful plants. We saw a monkey in the tree upon arrival. The river is so close that you can hear it and it’s super peaceful!! Very beautiful water falls near by, the national park, and the beach!!! I will say I don’t know if we would’ve made it up the mountain and to the resort without a 4x4! Also, I must note that the upstairs and downstairs unit are separate. The bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. So, if you’re like me and have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you do have to go outside and downstairs to use the bathroom!!! But it was really no problem. Incredible place for the price! Highly recommend 😌

Bien ubicado, cercano a las playas y restaurantes. Lugar tranquilo, limpio y cómodo. En mi caso uno de los mayores beneficios fue que el lugar tenía cargador para vehículos eléctricos. Recordar que solo tiene un baño, para un hospedaje de hasta 6 personas.

Beautiful surroundings, delicious breakfasts, comfortable bed and good recommendations from the host (visit la Cusinga for a drink or food and enjoy the beautiful view and the walking trails around the property!). If you have a 4x4 and want a more quiet stay, I’d recommend this place!

Fui a visitar el lugar con mi esposa por motivo de nuestro segundo aniversario y todo fue perfecto. Accesar al lugar fue súper sencillo, el aseo que para mí es lo más importante; impecable. Tenía ciertas dudas en cuánto a la privacidad, pues otros huéspedes decían que la habitación estaba al lado de la calle principal y pues nosotros dormimos como un bebé, nunca escuchamos nada. Y no, la habitación no está nada cerca de la calle principal. El desayuno (no incluido) estuvo delicioso y muy nutritivo. Pero lo mejor de todo fue Emanuel; nuestro host. De verdad se tomó el tiempo por conocernos y hacernos sentir como en casa. De explicarnos el lugar y recomendaciones de la zona. No fuimos otro huésped, fuimos verdaderos invitados. En fin, 10/10, al punto que esperamos volver pronto. Gracias por todo.

I don’t know how you put a price on peace. I can’t say enough about the amazing staff at Rama, the surroundings and how safe I felt traveling solo and staying for a month. This place felt like a vibrant yet peaceful reprieve from the noise of the world. Nature was everywhere and it was such a beautiful experience and stay.

Cabaña muy bonita y acogedora , muy limpio y equipada con todo lo necesario , un hermoso y tranquilo lugar.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía, amamos el aire acondicionado en la habitación, la cama es muy espaciosa y cómoda, se sentía mucha paz y pudimos apreciar un atardecer bellísimo, la cocina está completa! todo muy bonito, fueron sumamente comunicativos con nosotros y muy pendientes! muy agradecidos.

excelente lugar ,fácil de llegar y ubicación inmejorable ,cerca de todo y de las mejores playas ,lugar modo y excelente precio.

El departamento es muy cómodo para dos personas, Uvita es muy chico entonces nos quedó cerca de todo. Ideal para tomar tours en el parque Marino Ballena. La terraza muy linda y tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar sin problemas lo necesario.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso alla Casa Rio Breeze, un vero angolo di paradiso immerso nella natura. È il posto perfetto per chi desidera staccare la spina e ritrovare un contatto autentico con l’ambiente circostante. La casa è arredata con gusto impeccabile, con colori e materiali che richiamano armoniosamente la natura, creando un’atmosfera rilassante e accogliente. Tutti i comfort sono presenti: il letto è comodissimo, la doccia spaziosa e funzionale, e ogni dettaglio sembra pensato per far sentire gli ospiti coccolati. La terrazza è forse il nostro angolo preferito: ideale per rilassarsi ascoltando il suono del fiume e ammirando le cime degli alberi, spesso animate dal passaggio di uccelli e farfalle.Anche la passeggiata che porta al fiume è piacevole. Arrivare alla spiaggetta privata è un’esperienza incredibile: potersi immergere nelle acque limpide e e godere di un momento di pace totale è qualcosa di raro. Host molto cordiale. Torneremo sicuramente.

This place is a one of a kind getaway jewel. It has one of the most breath taking views ever) Highly recommended. Do need a 4x4 to get there, but its well worth it.

Great place to stay if you’re traveling to Ojochal. The house had everything I needed. Very cozy. I work online and the WiFi was good. Beautiful property and wonderful hosts! Very kind, helpful and accommodating. I appreciated it being new to this area of Costa Rica. The surroundings are so peaceful and relaxing. The hammock was great for lounging and the pool was nice to cool off in the afternoons. I enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! I have stayed at a lot of places in Costa Rica, and this is surely one of the best. Kim and Maj are incredible hosts, feeling like family immediately. Going above and beyond for me in so many ways. The guesthouse is simply perfect with incredible views. The little kitchen has everything one needs to cook a tasty meal. And the bird life is fantastic! I look forward to returning :)

superschöne Holzhütte, mit allem, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht, super Anlage, Hütte im Dschungelpark mit viel Privatsphäre und Tierbeobachtungen, alles wird gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, wir wären auch gerne länger geblieben, absolute TOP-Empfehlung von uns.

We absolutely love Nancy's Villa! We stayed here last year, and it was an easy decision that we would stay again on this years trip. If you want the true Costa Rican wildlife experience, stay here. If you want breath taking views, stay here. If you want privacy & relaxation, stay here. We had everything that we needed for our stay. The water is good and hot, there is a kitchenette area and even a washer & dryer. So even though you feel very secluded, you have some luxuries. We enjoyed our afternoons in the pool when it was too hot to be in town. And you never know what wildlife you are going to see. On this trip we saw plenty of monkeys, toucans, parrots, coatis, blue morphos, lizards, humming birds, hawks, great curassows (rare) .... it truly is a bird lovers paradise! Nancy is always responsive, and quick to resolve any issues. We only had one with the water one day, but even with her being in FL, it was resolved within a couple hours. We can not wait to come back next year!

This was our second stay at Ohana. It is a perfect setup for traveling with our friend since we have a baby and she wanted to sleep. The room and pool are both clean, beds are comfortable, hosts are communicative and accommodating, and it is a good value. The only critique, it is advertised that there is coffee available, but this was not the case. Not a big deal, we brought our own.
