This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Our guest room is situated in a quiet location with a beautiful mountain view, directly in a varied recreational area. The beautiful spa town of Bad Aibling can be reached in 5 minutes by car, Munich and Salzburg in about 1 hour. Whether wellness in the thermal baths of Bad Aibling or Bad Endorf, whether hiking, cycling, skiing, excursions in the nearby surroundings or walks right outside our front door in beautiful nature, Karina and Andreas welcome you warmly!

Private "finch's nest" with mountain views

Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a separate residential unit on the upper floor with its own bathroom - shower/WC, a single kitchen and a small silent refrigerator (36 liters), which is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen, the third sleeping option is located in a niche. A covered seating area will be at your disposal on the east side. The small, non-haired Biewer Yorkshire Pino from the neighboring house likes to visit us daily.
