We got to know Judit and Sandor as wonderful hosts. Communication was always warm, so the Google translation didn't bother us. In addition to the apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail, we were spoiled with delicacies. Likewise, a bottle of wine and water was available for us as a gift. The apartment had air conditioning that we could use for a fee and that also sweetened the hot days for us. The apartment was just steps from the Balaton swimming beach. There was a supermarket and restaurants in the village. Since we were there in the off-season, the beach was free of charge. In our opinion, a trip to the south beach by ferry and the lake cave in Tapolca are highly recommended. We express an unreserved recommendation for our warm hosts and thank you for the pleasant stay. This place is magical, a beautifully designed, incredibly cozy little house surrounded by peace and quiet, with no cars around. In the mornings, you’re woken up by roosters! The host is super kind and welcoming, and there are great bars and restaurants just a short walk away.

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Szilvi prepared plenty of materials for us with suggestions on what to visit (some even in our language) and shared several of her own recommendations, including tips for families with children. We really appreciated the privacy of the accommodation, where we didn’t have to worry about our baby’s crying disturbing anyone in a neighboring room. Szilvi was very attentive and helpful — we truly enjoyed our stay, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Personally, I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, where I didn’t miss a single thing needed for everyday cooking. Breakfasts and dinners on the terrace with a beautiful view had a special charm, and our two dogs enjoyed the spacious fenced garden. We will definitely come back. ☺️

Wonderful, clean and spacious apartment. Front patio, lawn and view of vineyard and lake great. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher. Hosts are very friendly and quick to answer any questions. Thank you, it was a wonderful stay!

Our host Kinga was very helpful, kind, and immediately answered our questions before the trip and kept in touch with us during the stay, constantly inquiring whether everything was in order, whether we needed anything, whether she could help with anything, and always assured us that if we had any questions or requests, we could contact her with confidence. He was also very flexible at the time of check-out, which we thank him very much for. The puppy vacationing with us was also given all the comforts of the accommodation. We had a great time, we would go back anytime, we will definitely mention the evenings spent in the garden pool after swimming in the "ruin pub" with a game party. We loved cycling around, hiking to nearby attractions, and spotting wildlife. It was a true experience of tranquility and nature. The vacation home is delightful - beautifully furnished, spacious, and well-equipped. Our family of seven stayed comfortably for ten days. The large balcony overlooks a garden full of fruit trees, adding to the charm. Anett is an outstanding host. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Thoughtful touches like children's games, books, bicycles, and local maps truly elevated our experience. The house had everything we needed and more. It's rare to find such a well-prepared vacation home with so many amenities. In summary, every moment was enjoyable. For us, it was a dream vacation in a perfect setting.

This place was exactly what we needed as two teachers wanting to get out of the city. Peaceful, countryside home with a beautiful sauna and jacuzzi that we used multiple times a day. We loved exploring this part of Hungary (we went to Lake Hévíz) and genuinely enjoyed our stay here. We biked from the train station to the Airbnb, which was hard in the winter. A car might be necessary for others.

I am happy to recommend the accommodation. I was very warmly welcomed, I was allowed to park my car on the premises right away. I had the outermost apartment in the big log cabin. Aniko gave a tour of the small fine apartment. It's all in great condition. There is a small kitchenette with basic equipment. I would like to stay there again, unfortunately I had to leave earlier than planned. In short: Recommended!

Despite being close to a bigger road, the apartment was perfectly quiet, which made it really relaxing. We lacked absolutely nothing: From a washing facility to all the important kitchen utensils to the coffee machine, everything was available – perfectly equipped. We were also particularly enthusiastic about the large and comfortable bed, which ensured relaxing nights. The temperature in the apartment was pleasant, and on particularly warm days, air conditioning provided cooling. A real highlight was the large terrace. The location of the accommodation could not be better: shopping facilities are just around the corner, as well as a beautiful city park with great sports facilities. Communication with our hosts was always warm, friendly and absolutely reliable.

its the third time i returned to this wonderful condo and its still the best place! tiny but has everything youll need. cafes, restaurants, beach is within 5 minutes yet its so quiet!

I am very happy with the stay , everything as described , the experience staying on the terrace is indescribable, the apartment is very clean and well-equipped and the contact with the host is very good , he immediately responds to messages. The car had its assigned parking space, so it was a big plus , the neighborhood was extremely quiet and the people living on it were very nice. To summarize, based on my own experience, the apartment is located in a beautiful place , the host is very nice, I hope to have the opportunity to come back here again.

The building itself does not lie on Balaton itself (5 minutes to the beach, 7 to the lake itself), but it is quiet because it is not on the main road to the lake. Nearby tracks do not interfere with rest, trains are quiet.
