Discover the Chauvet Cave, the village of Balazuc, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, the famous Ardèche Gorges and much more. Relaxation: Vals-les-Bains and its thermal baths. Many swimming spots are also to be discovered. Entertainment: Provencal market every Saturday morning. Airette parking is about 100 m away, under video surveillance and totally free. A cozy house composed of two independent cottages (one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor) You are at the entrance to Balazuc, a medieval village in the hollow of the cliffs, ranked among the most beautiful in France. Your cocoon is located a 5-minute walk from the historic heart, restaurants/shops and 10 minutes from its riverside beach. It has all the little things to feel at home while respecting ecological values

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

For lovers of nature, hikes, the river or lovers altogether you will be in the heart of the southern Ardeche in one of the most beautiful villages in France. Less than 30 minutes from must-see tourist site such as the Cavernne du Pont d 'Arc, Gorge de l' Ardèche, Vallon Pont d 'Arc, Ruoms or Balazuc. But also preserved and less known site like Rochecolombe, La Belleme , Vernon.
