LOCATION! The beach is a 1 min walk, and with our 4 little kids it truly made the trip! We also loved having laundry in the unit and everything we needed for the beach. We used the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels and the kids loved all the beach toys there were to bring! The unit was super clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, but you really don’t need to because there are so many great walkable eateries! Definitely would stay again and recommend to families or anyone who wants the convenience of walking to the beach/ restaurants!

Nice and cozy. Fit our family of 6 perfect. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, and plenty of food options. Communication with owner was fast and responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We stay at Newport every summer and this was our favorite place ever. The location is perfect… not too far from the pier and right across the street from Pavilions grocery store. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was so clean and had all the amenities for our stay. We stayed during the hottest part of the year. The AC in the master was great, but even without AC in the rest of the house, the open windows kept it cool enough. We all said we would stay here again!

Everything was just as described! Had a little hiccup upon check in, and were blown away with the responsiveness and help we received! The king sized bed was nice, but a little stiff. Would def recommend this lil gem though… close to the beach & amazing restaurants! We found a close parking spot on the street in front of the house and walked everywhere. My family had a great stay! The house was amazing, the views and sliding patio doors to open up the house to the ocean was awesome. The house is secluded enough that it felt very private and quiet but still close enough to all the restaurants and stuff to do. We basically had that area of the beach all to ourselves throughout the whole stay. Also just across the Main Street, a 2 min walk you have access to the bay with beach and calm shallow waters for younger kids. We were all obsessed with this home and def plan on coming back. Host was amazing and helpful. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The house is beautiful, clean, and cozy—exactly as described in the listing. The host, Lee, was incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the extra touches like complimentary coffee and well-stocked toiletries. The pool was a highlight for our family—our kids had so much fun! The house was also spacious enough to accommodate our luggage and gave us a real sense of comfort, just like home. Enjoyed our stay at The Bright House! Loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was, and how close it is to the beach and great shopping and restaurants.

We had a great stay! The house is very spacious and had all the basics we needed. I loved having enough room and closet space to totally unpack my clothes! It was wonderful to be walking distance to the beach as well as shops and restaurants, and just a short drive away from Downtown. I appreciated that there were also kid-friendly touches like plastic cups and plates, and our seven year old daughter loved the pool.

Had a wonderful stay at DJ and Brandee’s home last weekend while my mom and I were in town for the Surf City Half Marathon! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with fantastic amenities - everything was as described. It’s a short walk to downtown and was perfect location for us to get to the starting line. The pool and their big comfy couch were perfect for our post-race recovery. The kitchen is awesome; I loved cooking in it. DJ and Brandee were fantastic hosts — always responsive and kind. Really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you!!!

We feel honored to had the pleasure to stay at Chris beautiful Airbnb! We enjoyed every second of our stay and felt like locals. Everything was just as described and even better. I am a big flower and bird lover and got plenty of hummingbird sightings. We will be back!

We stayed here for our spring break with my 6 kids. Ages 23-5. We are not partiers just a family get away to relax and cook together. We booked this place based on the pool and it was worth it for us. The previous reviews were alarming about quiet hrs and it being strict but we had no problem and stayed in the pool till 945 at night. I did tell me younger 3 kids to be quiet at night to be respectful and they were for the most part but definitely got loud with their voice a few times. Great house no complaints beds were very comfy!

This Seal Beach house was a fantastic spot for my family’s vacation. We loved the vibe of the house and our kids loved the pool. The outdoor furniture was great, we spent most of our time outside enjoying the perfect weather. Everything in Seal Beach is walkable. Park the car and enjoy. Sue, the host was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this house.

We came during Memorial Day weekend and greatly appreciated the garage parking. House was exactly as listed and it’s worth the price considering how expensive other units are in the area. Quynh was prompt with responses and was gracious enough to let us get our perishables into the refrigerator prior to check in time. We would rent again for sure!

The unit was everything we wanted: clean, great floorplan, ocean views, directly across the street from the beach, 2 parking spaces (which is KEY on the Peninsula), updated, and easy to find. My family and I will absolutely book this again when we are in Newport Beach.

Absolutely perfect! Stayed here with a group of 7 girls and we had the best weekend. The home is even more spacious than the photos and everything is in pristine condition. Sheila was incredibly responsive and proactive with communication.

We loved our stay! This is our second time, for my little family it’s perfect. We found the pull out couch bed more comfortable than the master bedrooms mattress. Loved going to sleep to sound of the ocean. Great place !

Great location! Very close to beach and restaurants. We have two small kids and this worked perfectly for us. It’s hard to find a good place that has a separate bathroom for the other bedroom. It was a great trip for us and a lot is due to this amazing find. Thank you Lisa!

Great place to stay for a beach getaway. We were there thurs-Sunday. Loved it and we will be back.
