The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house in a prime location above the old town of Werdener and Lake Baldeney. The apartment is furnished with high-quality furniture and adequate technology. The mini-kitchen is suitable for small meals. The shower room with an outside window meets high standards. We offer our in-law apartment in the green south of Essen. It is well connected with public transport (bus and S-Bahn), close to the Folkwang University and the Basilica. The Essen trade fair, the university clinic and all tourist spots in Essen and its surroundings can be reached quickly.
