You have your own entrance through the back of the house as well as onsite parking in the driveway. Inside, I’ve worked hard to make the space very updated and clean. The house is a decent size, with an addition on the back with the master suite and bathroom. This worked great for our group, as my father has difficulty with stairs. Just note that the only bathroom on the first floor is the en-suite in the master bedroom; there is no separate powder room (buy it really wasn’t a big deal). All other sleeping areas, plus the second bathroom, are upstairs. There was a nice big, open kitchen, with plenty of seating around the table, plus seating for four in the connected family room. The house was super clean, and Andrew was very proactive in his communications and promptly responded to any questions.

Bethany was super flexible and accommodating with hosting my tenant when my rental property needed some work done. She was able to extend the stay for an extra night at a last-minute's notice when my plumber wasn't able to get started until a day later. Really appreciate her help!
