Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ballard

The house was beautiful and a perfect place for me to get ready with my girls before my wedding. Kat was an amazing host and allowed us to get in a little early. The home has air conditioning which became much appreciated given the high temperatures in the day.

Great place to stay with my family. We come to town for a wedding and this was exactly what we needed for our group. Lots of space for us and the place feels very private. James was very responsive and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Michelle’s home was beautiful and spacious. A great place to stay for our group of 10. We were met at the door and given a tour by her property manager, who was very understanding with our delayed arrival due to traffic. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoors spaces, especially the views and the wildlife: birds, bunnies and Alpaca! And, cute Downtown Solvang was only a 5-10 minute drive.

We traveled to the area for wine tasting and this was a great starting point. The deck, privacy, and view were exactly what we were looking for. As a bonus, there were new fluffy towels and amazing water pressure. Glad we chose this property.

Location is perfect! Close to restaurants. Lovely Home. We will return soon!

I cannot say enough great things about both the home and the information and responsiveness that Todd & Jodi provided during our stay. We were fortunate to find their place available at the last minute and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Home was beautiful and on a great piece of land, peaceful, quiet and convenient. We felt right at home, almost better than right at home, which was the whole purpose of our visit. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen and all the accessories of the home were top notch. All the recommendations and help in finding last minute winery visits and dinner reservations were incredibly helpful as well. We will be back.

Brian's place was the perfect spot for our family's celebration of my 65th birthday and my Grandson Sonny's 1st birthday party. My daughter teaches and lives at Dunn School, so Brian's place was within walking distance to her school and downtown Los Olivos. We celebrated my birthday at the area restaurants on Saturday and had Sonny's Party at Brian's place on Sunday. Standouts included a great outdoor grill and spacious outside area for all the guests, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances inside the house, plenty of seating inside and out, outdoor games for kids and adults, an in-ground outdoor fireplace, with s'more ingredients supplied by Brian for the fire. Spa available, maybe we will try it next time:) Brian reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and was available to answer any questions. I will definitely be a regular customer!!

Great place with everything we needed. Harvey was super nice and check-in was easy. The parking space is a little small, but we managed to park our Highlander without too much difficulty. We visited locations north and south of Lompoc, so it was a good central location. The TVs are in the bedrooms versus the living room, but that wasn't a big deal since we were gone often and usually watch TV on our tablets. The gardens look like the photos--very pretty and relaxing. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Harvey!

Charlie's place was great. I loved being able to sit outside to have breakfast. The whole place was super clean and beautifully kept. I particularly appreciate how nice the kitchen and the bathroom are. There's a lot of light coming into the place! Thank you, Charlie.

I absolutely love staying at this location. It is perfect place to stay, it’s near everything and the view is priceless.

I only booked the studio apartment for a night to have somewhere to shower and sleep mid road trip. I was soooo bummed I didn’t have more days there to enjoy it!!! The unit was actually a little more spacey than I expected (they made very clear this space was for one person). I’m weird when places have questionable linens/towels or they smell funky. The towels smelled so fresh, and the whole place was very clean. The space has beautiful features, felt modern but still cozy. Loved having the full fridge, that was very convenient. There are many units in the building but it felt private and I never heard anyone else. It’s a dreamy place with a lovely patio on the most adorable street. I will absolutely be returning with more time to spend and would recommend!

We stayed In SB for one night, we really enjoyed staying there, feel comfortable, close to good restaurant and hot spots. Very convenient, recommended for people are looking for a good place to rest and convenience. Host is always responsive and very helpful. Definitely would come back in the future.

Plenty of space. Hosts were great. Enjoyed the country feeling but only a couple miles from the Village of AG or the 101 freeway.

Pleasure staying here while in SB, it was like being at home, could easily stay here for weeks on end. Honestly probably the best kitted-out Airbnb we've ever stayed at; kitchen had everything you need, including a full spice cupboard, filtered water dispenser. Biggest clothes washing machine and dryer I've ever seen in a home! Very short walk to East Beach, and a very good quality fresh foods supermarket (which also has a delicious Mexican food truck out the front every night!). Jane is very friendly, helpful and responsive, everything was a breeze.

We arrived to find a beautiful fruit and cheese plate after a long day of traveling. The space was beautiful! Just a short walk to the beach. Thank you Ken!!

What a great location!!!! Rent without any hesitations, So clean and had hotel style soaps available in bathroom, great hot tub in the back yard, peach 🍑 trees. Beds were just like home, throw blankets and Netflix on the TV. Love it and worked out perfect while attending daughter's college graduation. Highly recommend

Eileen’s place is an absolute dream. Beautiful condo that is bright, clean, and comfortable. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and picturesque town! Eileen was super communicative and provided clear instructions. I’d love to visit again!

David told me about their new black couch and it’s super nice and comfy right in front of the fireplace and TV. Everything is just like the photos and the amenities were very thoughtful from Hand soaps to bath soaps. I’d love to come back to this place again when planning to visit the beach with my significant other

10/10 amazing place! My family and I loved it as soon as we walked in. Very beautiful, clean, and a cool experience. Our plan to go to the beach went away and all we wanted to do was to stay at the house. So cozy and relaxing. Felt we were inside a magazine! A dream vacation and stay. Beds were comfortable, everything was working, plenty of towel, walkable to shops and beach, the rooftop was so fun and cool! Nothing bad to say about this place and in fact we want to come back! This was our third stay at this beautiful Pismo Beach condo, and it truly feels like our home away from home. It’s become our favorite spot for our annual summer trip, and each time we return, it somehow gets even better. We noticed a few thoughtful updates since our last visit, and everything was just perfect. The view from the dining and living room is so stunning, we never even feel the need to go out for dinner—we’d rather enjoy every sunset right here. The place is fully stocked with everything you could need, making it easy and comfortable for our little family of four. We already can’t wait to come back!
