Incredible Airbnb, my friends and I were very pleased. Super great location and neighborhood as well. Very peaceful, clean and had everything we needed.

The library suite at The Marlowe is a great place for exploring Santa Barbara. The host was responsive, there was plenty of parking on the Monday and Tuesday we were there, it is two minutes away walking from state street, and the train station is viewable from the apartment. That was the only issue with location, the trains can be loud and make it difficult to sleep in. Other than that everything about the library suite was great. Plenty of amenities and even more charm. My favorite part of the suite was the balcony with the view of the mountains on one side and the beach on the other.

This was one of, if not the best, AirBnB experiences we’ve had! The apartment was just like the photos and everything felt very new and clean while still being charming. The location also couldn’t be beat for walking to dinner and tasting rooms. There is also a place to get great coffee right out front. We will definitely be back!

Cute and cozy studio with a kitchenette in a neighborhood close to freeway, UCSB and strip mall with grocery store, Starbucks, etc. The Gerrits asked what we needed for our coffee ahead of time and provided the decaf Keurig cups and oatmilk that we preferred. They also provided free bottled water and snacks too which was much appreciated! We stayed during a very warm weekend so we slept with the window open and fan on. Not sure if there is A/C in the unit though so check with the host if that’s a must have.

This was a great spot for a few nights in Santa Barbara and Jim is an absolutely fantastic host! Location is perfect. Easy, short walk to the beach and all SB has to offer. The space itself is comfortable and pretty straightforward. Has the basic amenities for a weekend trip. Jim helped us coordinate an early check-in, assisted with an extra night stay and allowed us to leave our bags for an extra hour after check-out - all of which were greatly appreciated!

The Upstairs Unit 201 was a fabulous studio space! We were in town for a ranch wedding in Santa Ynez and spend 2 wonderful days in town. It has a beautiful interior design and well appointed with all we needed. We also enjoyed shopping in the local shops, dinner in town as well as a visit to Solvang as well. We would absolutely return for another visit. Thank you so much!

Great location just outside the town; a quick 5-min walk to all the happening areas. The apartment is quite spacious and the property has many amenities. Great home away from home.

We absolutely loved Aaron’s place! We rented it for the first time while doing a shoot in the desert, and are so glad we did. We will be calling on this place to stay again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was extremely clean and included all the amenities needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were crisp and clean. Using the August app to lock/unlock the front door was a breeze and helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area!

This is a second time booking this place and it never disappoints. Everything is in a walkable distance, dog friendly, spacious private yard, and a lot of room to be able to fit your family. I would definitely book again, my weekend was extra special with my family with this booking. Thank you!

Very nice place. Plenty of room for 4 of us. Easy freeway access. Store was close. Had all the utensils we needed. And a great bar b q. Would stay there again if in that area for a stretch of time.

The stay at the cottage was amazing. The cottage was in pristine condition, super cute and private and just perfect for a short stroll to the beach. Sitting outside under the lights and spending time in the jacuzzi was so relaxing. Lance was an amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely return to this place on another trip to Santa Barbara.

My husband and I had an amazing time at Monica‘s home. It was so relaxing and beautiful. We enjoyed a fun game of bocce ball and slept amazingly at night. The bed was so comfortable. The temperature in the home was perfect. It had a nice cross breeze with the windows. We would love to stay there every visit back to Santa Barbara.

The stay at Lara's place was wonderful. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. The location was perfect, the host was very responsive and the artisan loaf of sourdough bread was an unexpected and delicious treat! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santa Barbara!

This is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook but restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a block away, as well as a grassy park. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

We had a busy weekend for CP graduation, and this was a lovely place to return to after full days of activity. We all had our own space. Our stay was fabulous, thanks.

We went to Ca. to visit our son and for medical check-ups. We had a marvelous time. Sleeping in such a peaceful location played a large role in our bonding and recuperation. Lots of pinochle and dominoes. All together we had a wonderful 2 weeks and would recommend Rachel's Cozy Condo to anyone.
