Wonderfull house for a copule Nice to Live in and receive friends for a dinner or lunch outside! Very comfortable and pretty. Air conditioning, fireplace and a really good queensize bed. The bathroom is well equipped, with nice and hot shower. The energy will be charged extra using the Airbnb tools for that. For longer term renting (28 days +) it will be charged as it comes in the bill. For short terms (less than 28 days) we will charge by the meter taking a pic of it by check in/out

Warm house 3 blocks from the beach, located in a wooded, quiet environment and close to all services. Steps from El Nido's wave pool. It is the ideal place for those who enjoy the tranquility and sound of nature, without being in the countryside, but 5 minutes from Manantiales, 10 minutes from La Barra and 20 minutes from José Ignacio. The beach is beautiful for walking, taking mate, meditating, etc. It is a pretty deep and big swell beach, a little dangerous for bathing.
