Avotu Street (translated as “spring water”) is well known for its many wedding shops. Free parking is available in the backyard. Please note: gatherings and parties are not allowed. The property is on the edge of a forest where you can wake up in the morning to the sounds of birds. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a sauna, a toilet, a shower, as well as a kitchen. In addition, guests can also dine outside on the terrace. On the 2nd floor of Skrasti there is a double bedroom, a pull-out sofa and a rooftop room with 2 single and 1 double bed.

The apartment is composed of one bedroom and spacious living room. Living room with kitchen is perfect to relax after long day. Balcony/terrace is perfect for morning tea or coffee. It's is located in freshly developed business area 10 minutes drive to the city centre and 10 minutes walk to a bus or tram station. There is also restaurant, shopping mall and children's playground nearby the apartment. The flat is suitable for couples, families with kids and friends.
