House holiday rentals in Ban Tai

My girlfriend and I were a few days in the accommodation. That was the best accommodation we had in Thailand. And Dennis was the best host, he is very friendly and always helpful and has always had a good tip. (for bars, restaurants or beaches) We especially liked the beautiful green area and the cool pool. We felt very comfortable and we will come back. Thanks for the great time.

Fantastic place to stay at. I stayed with a group of 6 people and the home was spacious with a breathtaking view. All of the rooms had bathrooms and we were all comfortably able to have our own space in the home. Olivier was flexible with check in and provided a big list of things to do in Koh Samui that we took advantage of. He also helped us have mopeds brought to the house. Cannot recommend this place enough and will be returning on my next trip to Thailand.

We booked the villa after we disappointed from another place nearby. Ying welcomed us in a short notice, made sure everything is clean and ready for us. This villa is the BEST we ever been in. Everything is so well designed, the view is incredible, exactly like in the pictures and even more. We extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave. Super recommended!

The place is absolutely fabulous. You can’t really grasp the scale of it until you’re there; it’s enormous. The views are stunning, and the main living area truly makes the home special. The bedrooms are lovely, especially the one on the top floor with its private bathroom and fantastic views. The property includes a housekeeper who was there six days a week. The host can also arrange a home-cooked meal, which we tried one evening. It was delicious. They can even arrange massage therapists to come to the house, and the cost was comparable to going out to a salon. One downside is that some of the furniture could use an update, but I understand that’s already in the works. Getting to the location is a bit of an adventure, with an unpaved road and some steep hills. The house is built into the side of a hill, so there’s a bit of a climb between floors. That said this place is an absolute must-rent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A secluded place, with a spectacular view, gave us a lot of quiet, the manager of the property Bowie was very friendly and attentive to our needs, the house is very clean, a very comfortable sleeping mattress, a clean and very spacious pool, a place with privacy, they announced in advance on which days and hours they will enter to clean the house and the pool, the apartment has everything you need to make a long stay. The villa is in a very isolated place relative to Copenhagen, so you have to take into account that you have to take a motorcycle/ car, it is worth getting around (generally in all of Copenhagen)

We had an amazing stay at this villa and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. The location is super convenient if you have a scooter, as it gives you easy access to all the nearby hotspots while still being tucked away in a quiet, relaxing area. The villa itself was perfect for me and my girlfriend. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and really well thought out in terms of layout and amenities. Everything we needed was there—from kitchenware, towels to a great TV setup and cozy touches that made it feel like home. You can tell that a lot of care was put into making the space welcoming and functional. Shoutout to Cecile and Johann—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and super quick to respond any time we had a question or needed anything. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. You really feel taken care of. Thanks again, def. would wanna come back!!

Great three-night stay! Bodo is a very responsive host, with good advice and always ready to give the best explanations expected! If you're looking for luxury go your way, this place is cut off from everything and allows you to find yourself in the middle of nature, away from the pollution and noise of the city! If you want to put your luggage at Bodo do not hesitate to ask him for the rental of a scooter, it will be very useful for your future trips! I highly recommend, thank you again for this welcome and for these three days spent at your place Bodo!

I absolutely loved my stay! The place was super cozy, spotless, and just like in the photos. Communication was easy, quick, and really kind – I felt welcome right away. There’s a supermarket, great restaurants, and cute cafés nearby, yet it’s super quiet and surrounded by greenery and nature. Would definitely come back – highly recommend!

If you are looking for luxury on the beach front then this is the place for you. The views from the living area and master bedroom are to die for and the location is very peaceful and private. Chris (the host) was incredibly helpful before we arrived and throughout our stay and we really appreciated his recommendations. The villa itself has very serene and tasteful decor and the beds were very comfortable. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Erik was very nice! He met me on site and even helped me park my scooter. The building is very new and the room very fresh. It has good A/C too. If you’re sensitive to mold like I am, I think this is a great option for you. The view outside is lovely, so is the bamboo pagoda and large manicured lawn. The indoor space is pretty small though, and the kitchen could use a kettle (although boiled water in a pot works). If you want a large private outdoor space with a view for relaxing and yoga, and need good indoor air quality, this is a good choice.

Tattaya is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered in Airbnb. Super friendly, organized, available and really sweet. We also love her kitty! Would not hesitate to stay again.

Panipa and Markus are the Best hosts we have stayed with any airbnb . They are extremely hospitable , kind , helpfull and concerned about their guests . 90 pec of our trip was arranged with their help and guidance from booking tours and rental cars , local discounts on everything as they did all the reservations . these things are beyond any qualities and expectations from any hosts . finally the property is beautifully made , extrem attention to detail automated and super clean . The vibe here is peacefull and calm no noises , nobody around you . We had an amazing time staying at this villa . the view is just great , the best in the island . Tip: it's better than staying at the beach because from here you get a birds eye view . this place is the best if you want to spend quality time with your partner or family . They went out of the way to surprise my wife on her birthday . we loved it .

Stayed for three nights and loved our stay. Right on the beach and close to supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. You can also easily order Grab and we didn't have to wait for 2 - 3 minutes for a taxi. Communication with the host was good Chris was very responsive. The beach looks very nice, and great to walk on - but it is not great for swimming due to low tides. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in this cute little villa.

A dream from start to finish from the interior to the host! Vincent was the best host I’ve ever had. He took care of everything before we arrived. Scooters were ready, a taxi was at the pier, and his response time was under 10 seconds. When the taxi company overcharged us, Vincent immediately stepped in. Within two minutes, the driver was back with our change. Such a trustworthy and kind person! The house is spacious, and its beauty doesn’t come across fully in the pictures. The kitchen is huge and fully equipped, making cooking a joy. The beds were perfect and high quality. The bathroom is a dream so big and uniquely designed. I didn’t even know something like this was possible! All in all, an 11/10 experience. Cleanliness: 11/10. Friendliness: 100/10. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ll only book with Vincent when I return to Koh Phangan!

This place is a gem, affordable, clean and great location if you want to relax. Really beautiful and peaceful beach is about 300m from the apartment. The area is also really nice, not crowded and has great cheap places to eat. The host is also very kind. Would definitely recommend!

The house is a small corner of paradise, immersed in tranquility. We were there for 17 days and they flew by in an instant! The outdoor area allowed for individual online work. The house is complete with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very comfortable bed, space for personal items, The host is extremely helpful in providing information about the area. The village is an 8-minute walk from the house. We left today... and we already miss it! Highly recommended P.S. we were joined by a wonderful red kitten, whom we named "Lina". We don't know if he will remain faithful to that house or if he already was, but we hope that in the future the next guests will take care of it as we did!

The helpful nature of the housekeeper helped us in many things. She offered us breakfast and brought us to every desired place. Also, the house with the view was very nice. Only on the way to the accommodation something should be done. Even taxi drivers don't want to go up because he has huge potholes and stones.

This is a very cozy and comfortable accommodation. As soon as we entered, we fell in love with this cozy house and quiet place. The house is bright, the sunlight penetrates beautifully in the morning. In the evening, you can turn on the lights and create additional comfort. The house has everything necessary for living, a kitchen with dishes, a veranda with a table and comfortable chairs for work, and there is even a gazebo for yoga classes. We already miss this place and we're going to come back next year. We definitely recommend it!

The apartment is comfortable, large, cozy, clean and well-equipped. The owner and manager of the place are available for everything and we enjoyed it very much.
