Adoramos a acomodação, organizada, muito bem localizada, ao lado do metro de Buenos Aires, mercados, restaurantes e pontos turísticos próximos. O espaço é muito agradável e o Anfitrião muito atencioso. Super recomendável!

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

I had a flight that got in late and this was a great place to spend the night. I had a very last minute reservation but Juan was fantastic with communication and waited for me to check in. I would 100% recommend!

Estuvimos alojadas un grupo de 9 amigas por un fin de semana. La casa es super cómoda para grupos grandes además de estar muy bien ubicada y cuenta con todo lo necesario, no tuvimos que llevar nada. Lucía se comunicó desde el primer momento con nosotras y nos recibió para hacer el check in, e incluso gestionamos un late check out sin problemas, ella siempre muy amable. Volveríamos sin dudas.

Desde el momento en que hicimos la reserva, mi novia y yo nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. Nuestra experiencia en el departamento de Amilcar fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecable: limpio, ordenado, cómodo y exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación en cada detalle. Tanto Amilcar como Beatriz, quien también forma parte del equipo, fueron anfitriones excepcionales. Amilcar estuvo siempre atento, cordial y muy claro en la comunicación. Beatriz nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y estuvo siempre disponible, con gran predisposición para ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. Sin dudas, volveríamos a elegir este alojamiento. ¡Altamente recomendable!

lugarcito pequeño y hermoso en el corazón de recoleta, desde donde se podía caminar a muchas de los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad. David siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades y fue miy amable. Lugar seguro y agradable

El dpto es cómodo, le faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina. Lo único incomodo fue el primer día que llegamos estaban justo arreglando el frente y se escuchaban mucho los martillazos, pero después mejoro. Gracias a la buena predisposición de Alejandra pudimos ingresar antes del horario anunciado, eso es muy valorable cuando viajas con personas mayores y que esperan un turno médico.

Estadia impecável, apartamento muito limpo, arejado, amplo e climatizado. Destaque especial aos quartos, com uma bela cama e roupas de camas de otima qualidade além de cortinas blackout, dificil de encontrar em BA, juntos ao silêncio extremo do local, favorece noites de sono perfeitas. Banheiro tb merece atenção positiva, amplo, limpo e bonito, sem aquelas banheiras antigas e cortinas de plástico. Enfim, ótima localização, próximo a vários restaurantes, confeitarias e comercios de palermo, pra quem gosta de caminhar, vale a caminhada pelo bairro até chegar no parque de palermo. Luisa foi muito gentil e prestativa. Tudo nota 10.

A great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood of BA with plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. As has been said in previous reviews there is noise from passing traffic so lighter sleepers will benefit from use of ear plugs! Accommodation as described and seen in photos. It was an added bonus to have gym, roof terrace and pool. Communal machines are available on site too and are very reasonably priced. Ale was an exceptional host and very responsive from the start of the booking process right through, answering any questions we had very promptly. All in all we would definitely recommend Ale’s place in San Telmo as a great place to stay and explore the city!

Muy buen hospedaje, estaba limpio y era hermoso. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos resolvió todas las dudas al instante. Es un barrio tranquilo y a la vez cercano a varios puntos interesantes de la ciudad. Considerar que son 4 pisos sin ascensor por lo que dificulta el movimiento de maletas. Recomiendo comprar papel higiénico ya que no era de buena calidad el que se ofrecía. Si tenía todos los demás implementos para una estadía perfecta.

This place is breathtaking! Unbelievable view right over the famous Ricoleta cemetery. Wrap around balcony perfect for sipping wine and watching the sunset that is right behind the cemetery. Fabulous kitchen and modern clean bedroom, and HUGE closet going into bathroom, plus a second half bath so both of you can get ready at the same time. Restaurants and clubs right on the street below - which does lead to a bit of noise at night on weekends, but nothing awful or that earplugs can't fix (which I didn't need as I'm a sound sleeper). The hot tub on the top floor overlooking the cemetery is also fun, and we were the only ones there so had it to ourselves. Would not hesitate to recommend Soledad's place!! The location cannot be beat in Ricoleta!!
