Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

Our apartment Sunset-Oase is located in the small village of Prizna on the Kvarner bay. The apartment is located in first line on the Adriatic Sea. The lagoon is directly accessible via its own staircase access. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and equipped to a high standard. The 15 m² terrace  offers a romantic sunset. It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and terrace table. The islands of Pak (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.

Tramontana - charming apartment by the sea

Our apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room, bathroom, a balcony and a large terrace with a dining table and a sunbed in a beautiful garden. It is very charming and cosy, perfect for families. Nearby there is a sandy beach. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and dishwasher in the kitchen. There is a grill in a garden, that you can use or we can make something domestic for you. Welcome!

My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, possibility to rent a boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.
