This unique newly built accommodation is located in the village of Vrh on the island of Krk, 5 km from the old town and all the necessary amenities. It offers the perfect oasis for rest and relaxation in a spacious villa equipped with all the amenities needed for an unforgettable vacation. The villa has 6 modernly decorated rooms and sleeps 12 people. The villa overlooks Velebit, the green of the forest, and the sea can be seen from two rooms. It is suitable for a year-round stay as it has an indoor pool, a sauna, and a whirlpool.

The villa is secluded and about 200 meters from the village It consists of an autochthonous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that merge the interior of the house with the exterior. The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

Kayak and quad you can rent 500m from home Apartment is on the first floor of the house.Bathroom and kitchen are equiped with everything you need. Apartment is meant for two, three, four or five people. One room has one bed and its own bathroom. Two other rooms has two beds that might be connected if you need to.
