The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

U mě si to zamilujete, protože kľud, ticho a pohoda. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry, sóloví cestovatelé, rodiny (s dětmi) a domácí mazlíčci (zvířata). Zabudnite na svoje starosti v tomto pokojnom byte na prvom poschodí s balkónom v blízkosti centra (len 10 min. chôdze, 5min. veľký park a rieka) potraviny, kostol, reštaurácia, autobus za rohom. 2 x WC, satelit. programy, WIFI. Záhrada a vstupná cesta s hlavnou bránou v spoločnom používaní so mnou a mojou manželkou (máme iný súkromný vchod do vedľajšieho objektu). Na dvore je parkovisko a pred bránou je ďalšie miesto pre auto.

You can reach the city center from us in 10 minutes. You also need the same time to get to the train and bus stations. In the immediate vicinity you will also find a shopping center with a grocery store and a cinema, a city park on one side, and the Brezina forest park on the other. Just below the house you can have a coffee and your car can safely park for free right in front of the entrance. All people of good will are welcome here, even with their four-legged friends.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
