Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

The accommodation was amazing; everything was as described. The hosts, especially the woman (Mila), were always very kind. I'll definitely be back. Thanks again 😘

This townhouse is perfect. Everything you could need in a house was included and really well labelled with instructions and info. Spotlessly clean with really thoughtful additions to make our stay very welcoming. A lot of care and attention has gone into hosting guests here. Sam was easy to reach and very prompt to rely. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous host and I’d definitely recommend. Lots of info ready to hand and this town house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for our stay. Thank you!

The stay was very pleasant. The house was fully equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the pool a lot because the trip was family with different ages and needs and it covered all of them. The house is very spacious, the rooms too, with large closets. It is a residential area where you have to take the car for everything, but in our case we were going to rest and enjoy the house, it was not a problem. Communication with the host was very fast and smooth. We'll be back for sure. Thanks again

A great cottage right on the inland lake on La Manga, super equipped, everything you wanted was there. After just under two hours' drive from Alicante airport (it went faster on the return trip with 9.70 euros toll), you can get to a small idyll on an island with countless high-rises, where you feel completely in nature on the edge of tourist life and hustle and bustle. The house has been a little outdated or uninhabited for a while, but after a short time we had prepared everything so that we felt very comfortable. Thanks, we'll be happy to come back!

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

A good place to enjoy the area. Easy access, good communication and helpfulness from the host. Parking at the door of the house. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Spacious apartment, with all the amenities. Close to the center. Attentive and friendly host. I would book it again. The only downside is that the parking it offers is a bit far away and the nearby parking areas are blue zones.

This is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Centrally located, but very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Filo met us in person and showed us around. This is a very relaxing place to spend a few days in Murcia. I highly recommend it.

Amazing scandi place with a terrace and modern amenities, superb location, bed and pillows are super comfortable - we slept with the windows open - so peaceful and cool natural air from the outside, shower is great and high bathroom vanity/sink perfect for someone tall. There is an elevator in the building but still need to take about 17 steps to the unit which was not an issue even with heavy luggage since the steps are wide with comfortable rise. We will definitely stay here again.

A perfect stay! This is the second time we've stayed, and it definitely couldn't be better. Joaquín is a charming host, he is too kind, attentive and attentive to every detail. The apartment is super comfortable, it has everything you need, from a well-equipped kitchen, a sparkling bathroom, a large and comfortable bed and even a community pool. It is very spacious and clean. The apartment is centrally located and because it has parking, you can drive all over Murcia, but it is also close to bus stops. We will definitely repeat as soon as we can, I recommend it 100%.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Basilio was friendly and always responded quickly. The apartment is very nice, super clean and comfortable. The terrace is a perfect place to end the day and enjoy the evening sun. It has all the cooking utensils you would have at home. It was a wonderful time and we would come again and again! 🙂

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

Mr. Manuel was very helpful and understanding from the beginning. The accommodation met our expectations. What made our stay more enjoyable was the kindness of the owners, who helped us with all our questions about the surrounding area and how we could get around in that area. This was a really fun, exciting place to stay. What a vibrant, happy location! Such a beautiful, newly decorated apartment. Cristina has made it perfect. I would happily come back here again and again. Fantastic bars downstairs on the street. Lovely safe area. A few minutes walk in every direction to some amazing Roman sites to visit. It is noisy at night due to the street noise below, so earplugs will be useful. If you are staying on your own like I was, you can move to the other bedroom which has a single bed. That is very quiet. The beautiful balcony is fabulous to watch the world go by. I really loved this place.

The accommodation is exactly as beautiful and functional as it looks. Small but with everything you need for two people for a few days. The terrace is amazing and the host is a 10.
