Above the Embrunaise valley, close to the Orres and reallon ski resorts or the water activities offered by the Lac de Serre Ponçon (15 minutes)

Le Petit Lieu/Les Orres

Apartment 4 to 6 beds (50m2) in the quiet village of Les Orres ... The entrance of this apartment is independent and you will have the full enjoyment of this warm accommodation. Located due south, you can enjoy a large balcony on which is a bay window that illuminates the entire apartment. FORT CHAUDON Independent apartment with garden in old restored fortification. Stunning lake and mountain views. St-Jean Montclar station 3 km away, paragliding on site, beaches of Lake Serre Ponçon 5 km away. Inside, you will find all modern comforts (TV, equipped kitchen, washing machine), outside and surrounding the garden: the fortification walls to the north and east, the view of the lake to the west (sunset!).

This peaceful house offers a relaxing stay with friends or for the whole family. In all seasons the beautiful town of Embrun and the discovery of the Hautes Alpes will delight you. In winter, shuttles close by, for a ski holiday to the resorts of Les Orres, Réallon or Crévoux. In summer, the house is very close to the Embrun lake and all its nautical or tourist activities. There are many hikes for all levels.

Our chalet has been fully renovated and offers exceptional views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and Mont Guillaume. A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2, not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.
