Très belle maison située sur un grand terrain de 20ares en bordure de forêt sur les hauteurs du village avec une vue imprenable et au calme. Ce logement dispose d'un grand séjour avec une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, de 3 chambres ( 2 lits simples, un grand lit 2 places et un grand lit king size). Présence de 2 lits bébé. La maison donne sur une grande terrasse avec une partie couverte pour le coin repas. Elle dispose aussi d'un garage avec une borne de recharge pour voiture.

Our cottage is cozy and cozy, it is located on the top of Neuviller la Roche, green and peaceful village, ideal for 2 couples with children, you will enjoy a breathtaking view and you can admire sunrise and sunset on the balcony or in the garden. The chalet consists of 3 bedrooms including one on mezzanine, 2 with double bed and one with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and separate toilet, fully equipped for babies, barbecue area.

Our house is located in a small village on the edge of the ponds a few km from CENTER PARC, the SAINTE CROIX animal park and the LANGATTE wellness center Near the Vosges, it is a starting point for hikes on many trails, forest roads and bike paths. The GR5 crosses the locality. Numerous ponds rich in predators, carp and white fish are minutes away from the accommodation and allow fishing and water recreation.

Nous avons mis en place des réservations « fermes » au vu des annulations de dernières minutes sans motifs, mais nous restons ouverts à la discussion pour des cas de force majeure :)

The cottage is designed for 2 people only. Only adults without children. The accommodation is conveniently located on the wine route between Strasbourg (25 km) and Colmar (30 km). At the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile, Obernai, Mittelbergheim (classified village) are only a 5-minute drive away. For nature lovers, many trails are directly accessible from the cottage.
