Monthly Rentals in Bard

Great value. Great location (next to West Wetlands Park). Location was close to downtown Yuma and walkable, peaceful location. Outdoor patio was well maintained and felt very rustic. My family and I enjoyed a nice meal outside. Would definitely book this place again, if available.

my husband and I stayed for 3 days it was nice, peaceful and comfortable. loved the 2nd restroom out in back patio. The only thing that I didn't like was I wasn't able to cook anything cause stove didn't work nor the other heating appliances that was there. would stay again and definitely recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Johanna and Aaron are friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The place was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Denisse’s place! It was exactly what we were looking for and we felt right home. My sister was getting dental work and her place was only 15 minutes from the border of Los Algodones. Her place was extremely clean too. She responded very quickly to all of our questions and was beyond accommodating— in every way! She brought us peace of mind! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back in 6 months.
