Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

The Beech House

The name is a tribute to my uncle Ernesto, whom everyone in the village called Faggio. The apartment, located on the first floor, is accessible by an external staircase and has been completely renovated. Consisting of an entrance, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Free use of washing machine, towel set, sheets. Wifi, Smart TV, and books and board games are available. Free parking 30 meters away and restaurant/pizzeria 150 meters away.

Middle-earth, studio in a mountain cabin

Winter experience in search of silence and the scent of snow in a cabin located on a panoramic plateau at 1400 m, admiring the mountains of the Val Grande di Lanzo. Equipped with a private kitchen, toilet and sauna, underfloor heating and an outdoor solarium a few meters away, in the lawn. A paved road that climbs into the woods leads in 10 minutes to the hamlet of Albone: we recommend a booking request – in the colder months – to be updated on the viability of the road itself.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

The apartment is located in a privileged position, which guarantees you easy access to nature, exploring paths surrounded by greenery, venturing on excursions, climbing or trekking, giving you unique emotions at every step and leaving behind the daily stress. Designed for couples, families or small groups (max 4 people), the apartment offers well-organized spaces and, in the summer, also an outdoor space for moments of relaxation and conviviality.

LO NIT – LA MAISON DE SAINT ETIENNE

A bright, cozy nest, newly refurbished (2021), in an attic on the 3rd floor. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

La Mason dl'Ansiva - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

“La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. This small but cozy house, fully accessible, with attention to the smallest details to lull you in the mountain charm, consists of a single room that houses a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom and overlooks the outdoor area equipped as a solarium.

Treat yourself to a relaxing weekend. Our attic, overlooking the valley, has been recently renovated and is located in a quiet area on the edge of the woods in the Gran Paradiso National Park. Ideal for summer and winter vacations, including hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, and trekking. A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.

"Il Ciliegio" holiday home

The house was built after renovating an old barn with a cherry tree in the garden. Today, it has become Casa Vacanze il Ciliegio. Immersed in a large garden, it enjoys a beautiful view of our mountains. In the winter, the sun won't warm your days, but the warmth of the fireplace will make your stay unique. "Il Ciliegio" is located strategically on the edge of the Gran Paradiso National Park.

In antico edificio del cuore storico, sopra i vecchi portici, appartamento ristrutturato con camera con letto matrimoniale, cucina con divano letto, bagno con doccia e terrazzino. Luogo ideale per apprezzare la tranquilla vita di paese e da cui partire per piacevoli passeggiate nel verde dei nostri sentieri o per brevi gite nel Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso.
