Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Great little room. Admittedly the bedroom/kitchen area was a little smaller than I expected but a great use of the space overall and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower. Close to the town centre. Quite a quiet part of Leicester too. Would defintely book again and recommend.

The cottage was centrally located for easy access to restaurants, pubs and bus routes. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

John’s place is great! It is a hidden gem right in the middle of Leicester and is a short walking distance from the city centre and King Power Stadium. John is a really cool guy with great chat and makes you feel extremely welcome and comfortable, as if he is a mate you haven’t seen in a long time. The space itself is awesome for a solo traveller with a super comfortable bed and bedding, as well as a rack to hang jackets and hats. A cool feature is that the bed folds up and the step ladder also doubles as a bookshelf. The bathroom was immaculate and you can get a cool view of the rooftops as you shower. You feel like a king in the top of his castle. There are awesome local restaurants and bars within walking distance if you are after a quick bit to eat and some music. Great stay and would love to come back on my next international trip for a Leicester City game! 100/10

The photos don’t do this place justice, it is stunning inside and out. The host does much more for her guests than what you would normally expect. ( including a welcome note and cake!) The amenities and comforts inside the cottage far exceeded our expectations. ( including heated floors!) We highly recommend this place!
