A ground floor Victorian Apartment conversion with a huge bay window over-looking the mouth of the Mawddach estuary and an elevated Terrace to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the sea view. Everything is close by so you won't need the car. The beach is just a 7 minute walk across the park and the town is a 5 minute walk to all the shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs that Barmouth has to offer. As a dog owner I'm quite happy for you to bring 1 or 2 well-behaved dogs - Barmouth is very dog friendly

This is a stunning little ground floor 2 storey cottage positioned on The Rock, with an amazing heritage and breathtaking views (visible from all windows) to the beach and harbour. Made from ancient stones with 3 foot think walls and an Inglenook fireplace. It is everything a cottage should be - cosy, quaint, pretty. It has a small private garden in the front with breathtaking views and has been completely refurbished. There are 42 steps to the house from street level. Private secure Parking.
