Surrounding hillsides covered in grapes, forests, and meadows encourage biking, the proximity of Lake Balaton attracts bathing, sunbathing, and a rich selection of surrounding restaurants and local wineries guarantee a relaxation at the end of the day.

The guest house is a stylish, new unique design home in an environment where we can focus a little on ourselves, the wonders of nature and our inner peace. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning and electric heating. The gallery has a double bed in the living room and a sofa bed. There's no TV, books, crickets, visible milk roads, beautiful hiking trails. Beaches, Balatonfüred and Tihany are 10 minutes away. Pécsely is a peaceful gem of the Balaton Uplands.

This is the upper floor of a recently renovated and newly furnished detached house, with its own entrance. There is a bathroom, an American-style kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and other basic equipment. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. The balcony offers a view of the garden. We welcome our guests to this green, quiet, relaxing place where you can enjoy your vacation, the clean air, and the famous wines of the Balaton region.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. The terrace of the house mostly overlooks the vineyards. The house comes with a 45 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.
