You can reach the lift, ski school and ski rental on skis or on foot! Directly from the chalet you can go on fantastic hikes or ski tours! Cosy Cottage in the mountains

Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Natur - & Erlebnis Ferienhaus

Auf einer Seehöhe von ca. 600 Meter, am Ende einer Sackstraße, umgeben von Natur findest du unser Ferienhäuschen. Obwohl mitten im Wald, bist du nur ca. 10 km vom nächsten Supermarkt, Tankstelle,... entfernt. In unserer schnelllebigen Zeit soll dies ein Plätzchen sein um Zeit in der Natur und Ruhe genießen zu können. Während deines Aufenthaltes freuen wir uns über einen Besuch bei uns am Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (ca. 10 Autofahrminuten vom Häuschen entfernt)

Ferienhaus im Grünen auf 1100m Seehöhe

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus etwas abseits unseres Bauernhofes lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen auf über 1100m Seehöhe ein. Das Haus liegt in sonniger Lage, mit Aussicht in die wunderbare Natur. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

The bus stop is a 10-minute walk away (14 minutes to the city center). The highway exit is also very close by. The area is very quiet. We look forward to welcoming you!

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

A special place for your nature adventure: our Mongolian yurt stands freely amidst meadows and forest. Here you experience the elements directly – sun, rain, wind, and sometimes storms. The facilities are intentionally simple, but include a sauna, an optional hot tub, and a fire pit. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, artists, and anyone seeking inspiration and authenticity.
