Holiday rentals with a patio in Barracas

The place is very nice, quiet area. Everything is very clean. It's a little hot but it has air, very good. At the end of the one that gave me the key, I arrive at the agreed time, so I can come back. He made me stay in the apartment while I watched it double the frame by square and so both the sheets above and the ones below and also covers them pillows. (Very rare, I wanted to go) and the lady with whom the wine came to see. the towels if they were crushed and I wonder about a gray spot and I stay like I don't know what that is ma'am. Finally the place is very cute, the attention is rare.

the apartment is very nice, modern, well distributed and bright. the attention of the spectacular guys, always proactive and continuously consulting if we needed anything. I had an inconvenience with the garage and the first thing they did was to look for solutions and if they would return the silver to me. they returned the silver the same day we arrived and they gave me garage alternatives in the area. everything is highly recommended

From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're the best!

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

The place is super comfortable, everything as described and in the photos. The area is quite quiet, several shops near the place and the subway station a few minutes away. Christian was always willing to answer questions and provide solutions to any situation. I felt quite comfortable during my stay at the place

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Everything was a luxury. The apartment is super comfortable, it is in a very nice area and close to several options and transport to go anywhere. Super equipped with everything you need and more. Carlos and Gabriela left us the instructions for everything, which made everything easier. The garage is super good. Children's games helped at various times.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is a modern building and the apartment is impeccable. The only drawback was the hot water that lasted less than 5 minutes the first day, but I contacted Nataly, she answered immediately and then we had no problem. Nataly was always attentive to messages. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!
