Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Barrie

We are extremely happy with our one week stay here while visiting family. The home was clean and well stocked, everything was exactly as described on the listing. The beds were super comfortable. Labeed was always prompt with his responses. No complaints at all about this place and we'd stay here again next time we are in Barrie!

family of 5 adults, one toddler for a weekend. Playground across the street was great. Good location for quick access to major roads. Quiet. Unit was clean & had what we needed for our visit. Great value!

Home was very clean. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Check in and check out were very easy. Home met all our needs for a group of six, with loads of room to spare. Great place overall for a weekend getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was close to where we needed to be for the weekend. Host Sina, always got back to me with any questions I had in a timely manner. The bedrooms were clean for sleeping. We were provided with shampoo and soap in the clean washrooms. Everything we needed was there. Great Stay!

Adam was an awesome host! My only feedback was for him to show pic of door lock, but besides that the place exceeded expectations and I hope to stay again in the future!

John was very easy to deal with. To be honest the house is bigger than the images. We will be staying here again for our next event!

This has been hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Dawn and Rob have truly thought of everything to make the space feel like home! They were very quick to respond to questions and had great recommendations for the area. The entire place was well stocked with everything you could think of including board games, cookware and much more. We will definitely be back!

We had a really nice time at Marias place. It's calm, cozy and has a great location. We liked the restaurant nearby and the walks at the seaside. Marias recommandations for activties we're also very helpful, espacially guests with dogs are very welcome! The communication with Maria was very good and fast because she told us everthing in advance.

My stay at Carley’s place was amazing ! Her place is stunning , incredible attention to detail , comfortable and peaceful. Great location , short walk into the downtown offerings. Cathy was an exceptional host! The accommodations were so beautiful, so much love and hard work put in to making it a cozy place to stay. Bed was huge and comfy. Cinnamon buns were delicious. Hot tub was relaxing and private. We want to come back and try one of her other suites.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable. My daughter and I went for a mini vacation. Some time spent at events and some time spent relaxing at the house, watching movies! As mentioned in the ad, it is a basement apartment with a couple living upstairs so normal amount of noise is heard through floors but not disruptive. Very comfy beds and blankets. Will definitely stay again!

I rented unit for my parents and they absolutely loved their stay! The place was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything they needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in was nice and easy. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything. Stephanie was wonderful and the space she has is so perfect! Love that there is main floor back door access and super easy to get in and out of the parking garage as she’s on the main floor. Will definitely stay again!

Honestly, from the moment we walked in, we could tell this place was spotless it smelled fresh and looked super clean, which immediately made us feel at ease. The apartment is spacious and it has all the essentials. Even the communication with Jennifer was simple and easy. The location is perfect just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and the harbor itself. It was the ideal home base for exploring Friday Harbour. We’d definitely stay here again especially since we try to make Friday harbour a yearly holiday! The only issue was the pool was under construction but we didn’t mind

We had an amazing time at Kevin’s place! It was the perfect peaceful getaway from the city. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. Kevin was a great host—very responsive to messages and incredibly accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out which we really appreciated. If you’ve never been to Friday Harbour it’s an amazing weekend escape with beaches, pools, bars and restaurants and light shopping. We spent our 10th anniversary at Marks Condo in the Harbour and loved every minute of it. Mark’s condo in Friday Harbour really is a gem. It’s on the top floor of a quiet building just steps away from the main boardwalk, hiking trails, and everything else Friday Harbour has to offer. The building complex offers communal BBQs and fire pits that are available and easy to use. The condo itself is very clean, bright, with its own balcony and everything you could possibly need. Marks check-in instructions are very detailed and thorough and is great at communication should anything come up. It was an incredible weekend and we will 100% come back.

Immaculately clean, spacious, and Beautiful condo. It had everything we need and a few steps to the marina. Easy instructions to get inside and parked. I highly recommend!
