Family-friendly holiday rentals in Basalt

The condo was awesome and perfect for our family. Plenty of space for kids to sleep in loft area and plenty of space in living area. The pool and hot tubs are nice and close. There were plenty of towels but none were pool towels (bath towels worked fine). Location was nice for skiing and restaurants were good. Kitchen cookware was in great shape for cooking -much better than other airbnbs we’ve stayed. Coffee was single serving keurigs. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place and great corner unit. Walkable to many places and easy to get a shuttle. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to visit again. Thank you for having us and being so great!

Gino was an amazing host! We went for a quick weekend ski trip and his place was conveniently a quick walk to hit the slopes (as well as to shuttles to other Aspen Mountains/Aspen town) and had easy access to all the main restaurants in Snowmass. The kitchen was well stocked (coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, basic cooking ingredients), which made it easy to make quick breakfasts before heading out for the day. Parking was also easy and just down the street with a 15min loading zone right outside. The decorations and setup was very warm and welcoming. Gino was super responsive to everything and we had a great time.

Our condo at SkyRun was perfect for our needs. We were greeted by the kind proprietor, who was consistently communicative since the reservation was made. The condo itself was clean, stylish and full of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. There were nice sitting areas which we enjoyed, with big windows in the living room offering great natural light. I would've liked another fan, perhaps, as the place got the tiniest bit warm while we were out during the day, but that's all about the weather, and after we opened the windows and got the cross-breeze going, it was quickly airy and pleasant. I'd recommend SkyRun and we'll absolutely consider staying there again the next time we visit Aspen.

Fabulous stay and location! I will definitely stay here again when in Aspen which says a lot to me. Jennifer had the place stocked and clean, fresh and nicely decorated. The condo was close to the in town skiing or bus system to get to the other 3 ski areas in Aspen. The grocery store was a very quick walk as were many great restaurants and shopping. You don’t even need a car when visiting - we just parked and left the car for 4 days.

Excellent communication with host. No issue finding parking. Beds all comfortable. Plenty of items in kitchen to prepare meals with. Very close to bus depot for mountain-to-mountain transportation. Very close to Gondola. Walkable to Aspen shops and restaurants. Hot tub and pool both perfect temperatures. Will definitely rent this location again.

Wonderful stay! Super clean, very comfy beds, pillows and linens. High end, quality everything. Margot was super responsive and friendly. Great location super close to the lift. The snow was melted by time we arrived so we were unable to ski in/out but it was just a short walk across the bridge to the Assay Hill lift. It is a short walk to Snowmass Village if you want to stretch your legs. There is a shuttle stop right outside the building but we opted to walk down to the main road stop (Brush Creek/Faraway Rd) to catch the buses to Aspen, Highlands and Buttermilk. It made for less wait time. Highly recommend a stay here!

We loved our stay in Hayden Lodge #2201. My kids participated in ski school, and I was so excited to be able to watch them from the living room window. The iTrip team was super responsive and informative throughout my entire stay. The ability to walk to lunch and dinner in Snowmass Village, or hop on the SkyCab Gondola to have dinner in the Snowmass Mall area was so convenient and fun. The room is in an incredible location, the views are unparalleled, and the amenities are amazing. The value of this room and everything it offers was an added bonus. Thank you for an amazing Thanksgiving vacation!

Laurie’s place is clean and sweet! The location is perfect. Walkable distance to restaurants and 4 mins driving time to iron mountain hot springs. Easy parking. Laurie provides detailed and clear check in and check out instructions. I had a wonderful time in Laurie’s place.

Comfortable, clean, well stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable ten day vacation in Aspen. Great location with easy parking and a short walk into town. Host, Laura, was very easy to communicate with and responsive to our questions and needs.

Very cute spacious cabin in easy walking distance of Glenwood Springs' main street. We asked to park the car a bit earlier on our day of arrival and were even okay to put our baggage inside! We hiked the Big Scout Trailhead that starts right down the street behind the cabin. Had a lovely time at Iron Mountain Hot Springs, and biked down Glenwood canyon. Comfy beds, convenient kitchen, all necessities provided. The free standing tub's shower was a bit finicky and we noticed some odors re: it being a dog-friendly space, but well-cleaned overall and excellent location, friendly host, and beautiful surroundings! Excellent stay.

It was a great place. Erinn and Josh were super responsive and answered our questions. They have lots of great recs for food and hiking in Eagle which is nice too. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved the location and the neighborhood! It was conveniently close to great restaurants, shopping, and beautiful hiking spots. Everyone we met was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

This home is located in a beautiful neighborhood, and it was perfect for our family vacation! My family enjoyed the large yard, stream by the house, and the lake. Great location for a vacation that is close enough to get to Glenwood’s amenities (like the hot springs and the adventure park), but located in the valley with cute small towns of Carbondale and Basalt. We would definitely stay here again!

Kayce was wonderful to communicate with and reached out a couple of times to make sure that we had everything we needed. Her place was exactly as pictured and incredibly cute. It was SO easy to walk every where from her place, which was awesome because there were a lot of great restaurants within 2 blocks. It was still very quiet and peaceful despite being so close to downtown. This will be the place we stay when we come back to town someday.

This condo is as advertised! It’s comfortable and clean. Great hot tub and pool. Proximity to lifts is as good as you can get without ski-in/out (which becomes MUCH more expensive).

Easy check in at the front desk. We’ve stayed here before (through hotel). Joshua made it all easy for us. Overall great trip!

Spacious, clean and bright condo with great amenities Great location: walking distance to the Village, grocery store, and right on the multi-use path that takes you through all of Snowmass Condo was surrounded by a grove of aspen trees and had great views of nature from all sides. Being a corner, top unit, there was lots of privacy and high ceilings, which made the space feel bigger Hot tub/pool/gym were clean and not crowded Kitchen was equipped for cooking and condo was well stocked with supplies for cleaning Host was communicative and responded immediately with answers

Robert’s place is in the Sandstone Creek Club community which means access to great shuttle and free public transit to and from Vail Village. We didn’t have a car but never felt the need to have one. The unit is very clean and comfortable equipped with everything described. We even have access to in-unit washer and dryer. The community has sauna, hot tub, swimming pool, ping pong, hundreds of DVDs free to borrow. There was never a dull moment. We were able to get groceries at Lionsgate market. The only downside is that the market is really expensive, like everything else at Vail. There’s a Safeway to the west of the community but we couldn’t get there easily. Robert is a great host: quick responses, clear communication, super helpful with providing us with the shuttle schedule ahead of time to assure us that we didn’t need a car. The community is well managed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay for a week snowboarding at Vail while staying at Robert’s place.

We had such an amazing stay here! The ladies were so helpful throughout our entire time and everything went very smoothly. From the location, to the home and experience our Airbnb was perfect!! Highly recommend!!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Valerie's condo. The condo was comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, spacious (for a couple) and quite convenient for skiing or walking into the ski village. We appreciated the covered parking, being able to leave the car parked and enjoying our stay. Snowmass Ski Resort is excellent and works hard to ensure that all visitors have a good experience.
