Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

Comfortable studio apartment in the attic for 2 persons in Baška, located in a sunny and quiet area of Zarok, only 60 m away from the well know pebble beach and near a pine forest. The apartment is 37 m2, and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a bedroom (with a double bed) connected to a living room, and a bathroom with a shower. It has a 16 m2 terrace overlooking the town and the sea. Internet, SAT TV , and air-conditioning are provided.

There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.
