There is an outdoor swimming pool, heated from the outside temperature above 20 degrees (in principle from April to November). The Jacuzzi is heated all year round. There is a common area and a small 1930s cafe, where you can have breakfast.

Surrounded by meadows, this apartment is very rural along the Mergelland route and a short distance from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. Maastricht city centre, MUMC+, Maastricht University and the Mecc can be reached from this location by public transport via a direct connection. Conveniently located to visit Liège, the Herve Region, the Ardennes, Maastricht and its surroundings, Aachen... We provide you with a fully equipped studio (25 m²) in a part of our house. You will find studio54 in the trendy Wijck-Ceramique area of Maastricht. My fully renovated studio is very well located within a 10-minute walking distance of the city center, Maastricht train station, MECC Conference center and UMC+ University Hospital. Studio54 has a pantry equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave. There is no stove available.
