Idéalement situé, à proximité: -des villages typiques (Espelette, Ainhoa... ) -de la mer( St jean de Luz, Biarritz, Anglet), du lac de St Pée. -de Bayonne( piste cyclable en bord de Nive) - thermes de Cambo les Bains - commerces et piscine à environ 5 kms. - superbes randonnées en montagne! Pool access on demand from may to september. It is located in a peaceful and bucolic setting, just 8 min by car from Biarritz train station, 12 min from the beach, 15 min from Bayonne, and 35 min from San Sebastian. You will find all the necessary amenities for your comfort. The house is less than 5 minutes from buses and tram-buses, 15 minutes by car from the beaches, Biarritz and Bayonne. We are available to guests for all information about the surroundings of our beautiful region.

The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
