I would give 10 stars if I could. Very quiet and peaceful. Host Cindy is very polite, friendly and helpful. Good vibes here.

Richard’s place is great. Love being able to walk to the pond to do some fishing. Close to the Tesla plant, for work.

This was one of the most unique places we have stayed! The campground was well maintained with all of the necessities. We definitely will be coming back at some point!

My husband is traveling in Texas for work and Curtis was a great host very nice and polite! The description is correct by glamper because his camper is not lacking with amenities. The views were beautiful and my husband enjoyed staying there. He met Curtis and family at the river as well and they shared places he could go. If he is back in that area we will for sure rebook!

I’ve never “glamped” before so I really didn’t know what to expect. And given the fact that I’m a 75 yo widow and was staying alone I’ll admit I was a little nervous about how remote the location is and the fact that my son was 10 mins away did give me pause the first night. The RV’s close proximity to a neighbor made me feel better and after my initial trepidation I felt completely comfortable there. Plus Curtis and Amber had provided absolutely every single thing anyone could want or need! The RV is decorated with loving care to all the details! Curtis checked in with me via a phone call just minutes after I entered the RV and called to thank me for choosing their facility within a short time after I checked out. He was very helpful about relaying info about the River conditions and even some advice about any pets I may have brought along. Since my son’s family lives in Smithville I will be visiting them often and will definitely stay in the River RV each time! Thanks Curtis & Amber!

Celebrated our 13 year anniversary and hesitated where to book and I found the perfect place at 7744 Ranch. It was quiet and had places to relax plus a spa and other amenities for anything you could want to do as a couple. We stayed in the Lux and the bed was so comfortable. Our host left us snacks that came in handy after being at the rodeo 🤣. Both Ronald and Natalie were the nicest people and living the best life. Thank you guys again for the stay can’t wait to make it a yearly trip 😍 next time I want the full weekend lol.

it's a magical, peaceful and quiet gem, surrounded by lots of trees. inside is very clean and neat, has everything necessary. bed is comfortable and has different softness of pillows to choose from. just a few minutes from mobby dick fishing pond, back 9 bar and lozanos seafood. I definitely recommend it and would book again!

This was a last-minute booking for my plans to the 2022 COTA F1 race in Austin, TX, and boy was I lucky!! It's clean, quiet, and safe. Maura is an excellent and friendly host! She walked me through all the house rules of the Glamper and at the end gave me a bunch of suggestions for fun and food around the area/Austin/Bastrop too. She was also super helpful and patient with any sort of query I had during my stay -- like trash, laundry, Amazon/Uber eats deliveries, etc. The Glamper itself had everything that'd get me by a usual workday at home since I was also doing remote work before the race started. The Internet was solid. I liked using the sound system in the Glamper haha. I would highly recommend this place!!
